Penthouse Apartments

No complaints. Staff is super nice. Building is clean in my opinion. Had a couple issues in my year and a half here but they were taken care of promptly and professionally. Pretty noisy area in general sometimes but that's not boardwalks fault.I would recommend renting from boardwalk.

Fantastic location and clean, quiet building. Most importantly, the management is exceptional. Always worked hard to look after the needs of the tenants. Highly reccomended

Cheap rental no problems, will actually fix things if u submit request.

I have been here for 5 years and in the winter time it's very cold. I had water freee solid inside the apt for 4 days and managementfri doesn't care if it's cold as we the tenets are subsidize there obligation of providing heat. Maintence is very poor The professionalism if staff with comercal building codes is not existence. Picture being in a ww2 concentration camp you get your own groceries. A real slum lords. I haven't heard anybody say anything good about this situation

Left a review a few months back and would like to change my feedback as the experience changed.While yes, I had to deal with an abhorrent downstairs neighbour for a year, the staff was very apologetic and professional. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and Krissy was always very pleasant to deal with.While the washers and dryers are expensive and dont work the greatest, the suites are a very unique layout and the promotions are well worth it.In my last review I touched on maintenance not taking their shoes off and it was solved quickly as the next time I saw them they had their plastic shoe covers over their shoes.The building is in a beautiful area, I've never had any issues with my own safety or the safety of my vehicle and although in the first year the water seemed to be shut off constantly due to construction there was always more than enough notice to prepare a stockpile of drinkable water.Sad to leave but I'll no doubt be renting from Boardwalk again in the future.

We've loved living in this area for 7 years now, the area is perfect, and the maintenance is prompt and easy. Easily recommend this apartment building for its amazing staff and amenities.

I went to check out an apartment, I wanted to cry on my way out. The gym in this place is a joke, I consider it an insult to have a gym like that... Might as well not have anything. Prices are extremely high for what they offer. This building is probably 30-40 years old, and it looks and feels old, it doesn't have a nice feeling. It's simply not worth it. You will literally find a renovated apartment elsewhere for a lower price than broadwalk's nasty old suites. I have visited a few of their properties over the past couple years but have always seen the same trend: old buildings, nice pictures online, horrible suites in reality, usually with nice common areas (specially the lobby) and overpriced rates.
