Chloe's Nails & Spa

I visited Chloe's Nails & Spa to get my nails done (shellac) for a wedding and the staff did a bad job. I had informed her that she was a bit ruff while filing the nails and the quality of the polish felt cheap. She did not use the UV light much on my nails either. She seemed to be in a rush to finish off the work so she did not really care to provide a good quality service. Within a few hours of reaching home from the nail salon I noticed a crack on one of my my nails and the polish chipped off on another nail. I was really upset and went back to the salon the very next morning. One of the staff approached me to assist with a shellac manicure. After informing the staff that I was there to get my nails fixed from the poor quality job they did ,the staff immediately responded saying “ we are busy. Come back another time” only because she realized I was not in to provide new business. I will never return to this place again nor do I recommend this place. Very unprofessional and poor quality service

This is the only place I go to have my nails done. I have never been disappointed with the results provided by the friendly staff at Chloe’s.Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment with Chloe nails on Friday before the Labour Day weekend for my trip to Quebec I explicitly said that I wanted to get a French tip pedicure done. When I got there the lady started doing my nails like I had asked her to and when it came time to adding the French tip design the lady doing my nails was saying that I shouldn’t be doing French tip and pressured me into doing ombré nails for an additional charge she then asked to put stickers on my nails and put Jules on my nails things that I didn’t ask for and by the time that I came to paying my bill my bill had gone from $45 to $123 after tax. after two days of wearing these nails the Jewels added that I paid extra for are already falling off after only 2 DAYS!!! Apparently the nails I got done are considered long ombré. I am really disappointed that I ended up paying more for nails that I didn’t even want or like. I definitely will not be going back to get a manicure again. Stop booking appointments for services that you can’t or don’t want to provide.

I have been doing my nails for years and I would not recommend this place. There is have poor service and it seems like staff want to rush through the job and get you to pay. Costs are always increasing once you are in the chair - I have seen it happen with a customer next to me. Everything is in at extra $5. The worst part is that the nails don’t even last that long. The classic manicure/pedicure is not detailed enough - they miss a lot of the steps that are critical to the development of your nails. I have been going to them for three months hoping it would get better but it is a waste of money and effort.

I have a good experience from them,Ivy did a massage and pedicure she is very nice and very good doing the back massage relaxing,while lina her name not sure sorry she did my nails and i like it much.I would highly recomended.and tell all my friends to come and visit Chloe nails spa.

I’ve seen this place many times but had never been until 2 weeks ago. I believe her name was Lily, she suggested I do ombré shellacI really liked her work and I also liked the fact she didn’t go cutting cuticles where there was nothing to cut, I don’t really grow cuticle.It’s been two weeks exactly since I got my nails done and they still look super nice!

This nail salon is a hidden gem around Yonge and Eglinton. My nails look great, the price is good and the environment is nice. Amy is the kindest woman, I don't know what it is about her but she makes you feel really great and at peace with yourself lol. I would honestly pay just to be around her. I had a pedicure done by Lily too and she was a joy as well, and did a great job. It's a small, tucked away nail salon so not everyone knows about it! Would recommend, mostly for the people but the nails are also fab

I did nail extensions today and my nails are in weird shape. The end of my nails are so wide that it looks so ugly and it cost $90. This is the worst service I ever got and the more I look at my nails I feel so sad. I want you guys to do something about it. I told the girl that my nails are wide in bottom and the size is long she said I have to let her know in the beginning which I understand about the size. What about my nails shape?

I started using this salon, since the very day they opened up at this location, because the ones that were there, moved out.My nails was done by someone twice that obviously is a trainee , and each time I went back to show them the job wasn't done properly even a few weeks ago! They ignored me and told I have to wait, I leave because I had to go back to work. Went back a week after all the nails we cracking and coming off from the few days after . I was still charged the sane for a do over. And again just a few day after it's the same result. I won't be going back there Poor service.

The lady who did my my pedicure (shellac) today did it for 15 mins. She didn’t clean my nails properly and charged me $50 plus tax. Never coming back! I would recommend “ nails for you” cheaper and better service.
