I love that you can top your burger any way you want. The mail coupons are fantastic and probably available on the app. I always upsize to a milkshake for one dollar. Sometimes I get the salad instead of fries or onion rings--- no charge for that.They were playing great music whe I was there.

First time visiting this restaurant in a long time. We ordered ahead on the app. When we arrived, everything was in a bag already prepared. First of all, it was really hard to read the lids of the drinks (which one was diet and which one was regular). The Angus burgers were very good and had the correct toppings on them. The onion rings were great. However, things broke down with the fries. The fries were undercooked. I didn't have the energy to walk them back in. We also ordered salt and ketchup (none in the bag). I can't say I enjoyed eating undercooked fries without ketchup. However, going back would have meant my burger would have been cold, too. No serviettes in the bag either. It's great that everything was prepared and ready, but it's important to double check the order to make sure everything is there. It's called paying attention to detail and taking pride in your work. If they wouldn't have dropped the ball on the fries, condiments and serviettes, I would have given them a higher rating. The order was on the app, so everything was there. You only had to read it. Also, I cannot believe that fries that were almost white in colour were served and presented as being cooked. Where is the quality control? I doubt we will return. There are other locations (one in eastern Caledon) where they always get it right...every time.

Use to be my favourite restaurant! Worst fast food experience ever; my son and I ordered 2 original burger meals with one upgraded to poutine and with milkshakes. Patties were smaller than the buns and one was missing what looked like a bite out of it. French fries were stale, cheese was frozen and gravy was chalet sauce and instantly absorbed into the fries making them soggy. Bought (actual) gravy on the side to try to save the dish but was not enjoyable. 1 star for the milkshakes, we're quite delicious but won't be returning customers after this experience.

I haven't been to Harvey's in years. Tried it here. Oh...what happened? The buyer tasted very porky. Not good at all.

I do love the food, though I find a lot of the times that I go here, it can take FOREVER to get your food. Once, I sat in the drivethrough (just me in the drivethrough) for 30 minutes to get fried pickles and a poutine, which are really both side orders.

Haven't been to this location in six months. Had a craving for onion rings.Rings where burnt to a crisp. Burger was OK. Service was super slow. All youngsters working today. Saturday.Store wasn't very busy not sure why it took so long.

Was ordering at the drive through and inquired to see if they had a gluten free bun to which the lady told me rudely 3 times they don't have anything in the restaurant gluten free- which is fine. Although then she asked me if I wanted the vegan burger and rudely said it would take longer (like do you think people care if they are vegan that they'll have to wait a bit longer?) Customer service is lacking with the lady working the drive through. As I'm writing this I can even hear her being rude to the customer in front of me.

We were so very disappointed with Orangevilles Harvey's. To start the person taking our money did not even look at us no politeness at all, the meal was a joke it was supposed to be crispy chicken, but I could not even tell it was chicken. The fries were cold and the biggest ones were about half inch long, I thought they had given me home fries.I must say the place was spotless and the lady serving the meal was nice.Let me give the manager a bit of advice which is, go to the Harvey's location in Fergus just to see what service should be like and also the quality of their food. There is no comparison, how come the same franchise.Ken ......?.Thanks for your answer, instead of emailing just go to Harvey's in Orangeville and we for yourself, then go to Fergus and judge the difference.Thanks,Ken ......?.

Love it. Large portions, fresh food and great prices. Amazing unique drinks.. definitely has the upper edge on the other fast food chains. It’s an under rated gem.
