I called to speak to the clinic to get some information about their Cherry Eye procedure.I was greeted (if you call it one) with an unsympathetic, clearly bothered that we would even call employee of the clinic who never introduced her name (for obvious potential negative review mentions). After briefly explaining the reason for my call, to have some questions answered before I even made a decision on which vendor would be taking my dogs eye site and health care into their hands, was told ‘there’s no openings for surgery until July’ and to ‘ call again in another month’ to, I assume find out if we were the lucky ones to be disrespectfully spoken to, and get a spot on their list to pay high fees to have our dogs, the loves of our lives, put under a traumatic experience with such heartless and robotic employees of this specialized health care centre.I don’t care if dogs learned how to fly after a visit at Nurse Ratchet’s Home for Cash Machine Entitled. Business owners should stop, listen actively, respond professionally and have suggestions for alternative health care providers that they would be comfortable to offer a referral: since they would be more able to speak to the providers on their service, reputation and other information that could easily be omitted by that clinic in which a prospective pet owner would know through their rare interaction in the pet medical field.Anyway, I wanted to post my review of the experience I had, simply making an introductory contact to the clinic. Imagine if I even accepted that terrible interaction and had to face these same people when I handed over the 2 family members for their health care!

Overall, good experience.First time taking my cat here for a checkup and dewormed. Friendly staff and price is affordable. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to go to the exam room to see what the vet did with my pet. However, the doctor did go outside and tell me how’s my pet doing, so that’s acceptable.

Caring doctor and staff. My gentle Shih Tsu was a Tasmanian devil at his last visit. The doctor and his staff were kind and patient. If a little, sweet dog can be this bad, I can only imagine some of the situations this doctor has to deal with.

As a new canine parent, I researched the internet to look for a vet for my puppy. We were disappointed with this clinic because of the following reasons: not enough parking spot, very small clinic and gets crowded. The white receptionist needs to improve her customer service skills. The asian receptionist is more approachable and has a friendlier vibe. They just took my puppy inside and did his shots and exam while we wait outside. I feel that I need to be in the exam room with my puppy so I would see what they are doing. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for in a vet clinic, right? Will now be searching for a new clinic. Any recommendations from my fellow dog parents will be much appreciated.

Excellent vet and attentive to my dogs. Busy sometimes but it’s worth the wait. Also compared to other vets, the cost is affordable and not extreme. I would recommend Dr. Sohi to any other pet owners.

I wish I had better things to say since they are nice people....but my experience has been bad and cost me a lot of money, for nothing. They prescribed both my cats medication before that results from testing were back, recommending it was smart to start the meds early. The results came back in 12 hours showing everything was actually fine...and although the medication hadn't been opened, they have a no return policy. I thought the results would take a week and so starting early would be smart....they knew they'd have them in 12 hours and yet still recommended I spend $100 on meds. I've also waited over 30 minutes (once over an hour) for my appointment even though I made it a week prior, and they've told me about 5 times that the doctor would call me for a better explanation and he never has....to this day.... I even called back once and got put on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up. I've heard their pricing is on the cheaper side, but unfortunately I'll have to find a new vet.

The worst place ever, don’t go there, they are rude, they don’t respect your time and your appointment, more expensive than other clinics. They lost my file and I had to fill a new one ,they took a walk in client and i had to wait for 45 minutes due to their negligence If there is a zero star I would give it.

I had a wonderful educational visit with this Vet! My puppy had Cherry eye and I had been to 2 vets previously for help. First one quoted $1500 and would need surgery to suture the cherry down and may pop out again. Second vet quoted $700 to remove the tear duct entirely and use eye drops for the rest of her life or $1000 for the surgery. This is a 5 month old French Bulldog keep in mind. Thank the lucky stars above that I was referred to this Vet from a friend. $124 with a lesson on how to safely push the cherry back in to the third eye lid without any pain or harm to the puppy and eye drops and rest. I can not Express the gratitude my Family and I have for this Vet Clinic. Highly recommend. These are HONEST PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY PUT THE ANIMAL FIRST AND NOT THEIR POCKETBOOK. thank you so much. Much love from Kodak and Family! God Bless ❤
