I love the selection and quality of the licorice, but being prompted for a tip at a retail candy store is ridiculous.

Fantastic staff with and incredible product. They have an astounding variety of black licorice and helped me create a mixed bag for $10 that has been providing tasty delight for days. Will definitely make a point of going back there my next trip to Vancouver.

Very good customer service. We were shown various different types of licorice. We stated what we liked in the employee met our needs,showing us the ones that would suit or taste. Many different choices.

Great selection, but its not very good. Granted, it's hard to get good licorice on this continent but there are better places in Van. Plus, if you go to a different store you won't get this owner giving you her views on all the far-right madness she's into. I wanted licorice, not to get told why some people aren't Canadian enough or why you have more rights than other people. But in her defense, she didn't seem to care that I'm an Irish immigrant...I wonder if I'll get a reply as wonderfully unhinged as some other reviewers?

Freaking awesome! Been looking for Dutch salt licorice for years when I found this place on line. It wasn't what I was expecting yet it was so much better. Phenomenal selection, fun and funky little place with great staff. Well definitely return when I have more time. Need to get photos of this place, for sure!
