Customer service was fantastic, prices are extremely affordable...dont even get me started on how tidy and organized everything is. I was trying to surprise my better half with a taillight and last minute he caught me leaving and tagged along. I'm glad he did, not only did we find a taillight that no other place had but we found several future purchases. Wasney will be our first call going forward.Thank you

We were trying to find a tail light assembly for our older vehicle, and a friend recommended this place. Phoned to ask if the part was in stock, then went and picked it up. What a great location - loved the retro look of the store on the outside, and all the quotes and sayings that are all over the walls inside the shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we'll definitely go back if we need any other replacement parts!

This place is absolutely amazing!! Pretty much any part you need they have. They even have some aftermarket stuff. They are super knowledgable and friendly! They're even nice when I don't know the name of the part in looking for. Their lobby is full of cool Ford collectibles. I highly suggest them to anyone! If you have a Ford, this is the place to go for good parts at a great price. I got two mint condition tail lights for $40. Highly recommend it!

Experience with Mat was incredible.We were looking for a very specific part for an older vehicle and Mat communicated very clearly and quickly while he searched through his inventory for it. Pricing was phenomenal and we even had a few laughs along the way. Would recommend anybody and everybody to go to this shop if you're local. Thanks again guys!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid for my part on October 5th. Told I would get an email next day with a copy of the bill showing paid in full and a tracking number. After a week call and get told owner’s son mailed part and has not been back to work as he is taking an extra long weekend. Email 2 days later no response. Call on the Friday and am told it definitely was shipped and call when I receive the part plus they are going to refund my credit card the total cost less shipping. Receive part following Monday. Call them on Tuesday and lots of apologies for them dropping the ball on my order and they will credit my credit card. I checked the tracking number, item was not mailed October 6th as told but actually October 14th. As of today, no refund processed. Should be noted took a week of emails and calls after initial contact just to get to a point of paying for the part as communicating with clients is not their strong point.

I was trying to find a part for my Ford Edge without any success. The rep at Lordco referred me here. Although Wasney's didn't have my part, they went above and beyond to source one for me at another company. Big thumbs up to Paul who helped out. I will definitely reach out again.
