I’m giving this company a 1 in customer service, can’t comment on their work as I was refused.I called to see if I could get some chimney work done in spring ( rebuild only the section from the roofupwards )and was rudely told that there was no point in me calling until then...He then asked me where I lived, and when i answered he told me he didn’t service that area.I only live 20 min from his office.Well within city limits.

Called and called left my number with his wife, I get it people are busy, so figure I give them a chance this is like over 3 months period finally he calls to tell me he doesn't do work in Azilda thanks Tonus for your great service lol
