Customer service is the highest standard. Any service I have had has been perfect. Today I had my nails filled and finished on a french manicure.

I have been going to Aqua Nails for years and always have a pleasant experience. Many of the staff have been there for many years, so you will always see a familiar face when you are there. I love relaxing in the massaging pedicure chair. There are tvs all around the shop keep you entertained as well. The salon is always clean and staff disinfect work areas between clients. Always a great experience overall.

I have mixed feelings about this place.The staff were all very friendly and inviting, the salon itself was pleasant overall, the colour selection for shellac is awesome.But I had an appointment for 4:45, was told when I got there that it was actually for 5 (which I had originally requested anyway, but was asked if I could do 4:45 as the place closes at 6), and then ended up waiting until nearly 5:15. I left work early and drove here from out of town to make it for 4:45, so it was a bit frustrating - but I suppose this is no different than any other salon that over books despite committing to appointments. But why schedule appointments?Also, everything seemed rushed - a few parts of the manicure were skipped.Overall, I did like this place. I'm just hoping one day to find a place that doesnt rush through everything and skip parts, especially after making me wait half an hour past my appointment. I would love to actually receive the service that I have paid for at least once in my life.
