Disappointing experience. My father needed to use the washroom in an emergency. I asked the attending employee can we use the washroom, she stated the washroom is closed. After reaching home, I called to ask the gas station what is the policy on washroom use. This employee stated that they are given guidelines not to let anyone use the washroom. I asked is it a written guideline. She said no. I asked how she knows it is a guideline. She said she doesn't know. I said who gave the guideline. She said it is a policy. She would not disclose how she came to know about this policy or who told her not to let anyone use the washroom. She would not disclose managers contact particulars. I have reached out to Esso head office. I understand that washroom is an essential service provided by gas stations and open to public use. Can the owner or manager of this station confirm what their policy is for this gas station and why they are an exception?

Filthy and pathetic gas station. I have yet to see any napkins in the dispensers or fresh windshield washer fluid. Pumps are ancient and slow. They are also always the highest price gas in South Surrey. Go to the the Husky just south on King George instead.

They sell vapes sigerates e-sigerates but they have cheap gas ptices

Cannot understand why they cut down the power for air pump after 10pm. Lost $2 because of that.

Went to fill up here, finished paying at the pump and selected the cheapest grade, 1.79. As soon as it flicks over to pump, the attendant changed the price to 1.81.I hung up the gas nozzle and left.Ill never be back.

Small, old gas station with lots of amenities but not very clean. Has a Subway inside that has been closed every time I go.Giving a bad review on the basis of service. I've had questionable service three times now and today was the last straw.I purchase prepaid cards on my way to work about once a month for buying products online and since I moved to this area I've tried this corner store three times for this purpose. The first time I was criticized for purchasing prepaid cards. The second time I purchased there I was questioned repeatedly why I was purchasing them and how I was paying. Today I was asked for two pieces of ID (for an unregulated product?!), how I was paying, why i was buying it. They refused to do a single transaction and forced me to pay twice. After the first transaction was completed the clerk then told me he couldn't process the second transaction at all due to some limit. I left and figured that the first transaction was done, I paid for it, I have my receipt, and the second transaction didnt go through, so I would just have to go to another location. Later when I tried to redeem the prepaid card I found out that the transaction I was charged for did not go through correctly. I called the service provider of the prepaid card and was told the issue is with the vendor's machine on site and to contact the vendor (Elgin Esso) to have them contact the company to resolve the issue. When I called the Esso I was flat out refused any help, they would not even call the company that they sell the products for or even help me at all. He just said it's not his problem.After my treatment today and constant questioning like I was a criminal and finally being ripped off I finally googled what could possibly be the issue with purchasing prepaid and apparently some scam artists use this to scam old folks out of money. Well, I lost money today from this gas station. Sounds like they prey on young women and make them feel insecure by making them feel suspected and then steal their money.Buy your chips and gas here if you must but keep track of your receipts and count your change and definitely do not bother with purchasing any prepaid services here unless you're ready to be discriminated against and ripped off. Go to the Safeway in ocean park or another area where they treat their customers with respect and don't store their machines by throwing them in dirty cupboards with no shelves and crumpled papers.
