We were hooped! Boiling hot day, broken car, missing our ferry and needing to get back to Alberta. We got a tow to Jickling’s but not in time for his last part order of the day. Not only did he find the part, fix it quickly (at an amazing price) but he also drove us into town so we had somewhere cool to sit while we waited, came back and got us, and showed us another way to get to the ferry! I would recommend Jickling’s to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! Honest, friendly, fair.Thank you for getting us back on the road home to Alberta!

Best Mechanic in the valley. Dave is honest and thorough. He gave me an honest assessment of what and if I should spend money on my little beater car. He also loaned me a car at no charge to use while my car was being worked on. He has been so reasonable about dealing with my car and its issues, my budget and my time frame. Excellent Service.

I noticed one of my headlights burnt out, and I was recommended Jickling auto by my mom who had an amazing experience with them.I called Dave this morning to set up an appointment, and I was able to bring my car by right away. I got a call back in just over an hour to pick it up.Fast, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. You can’t ask for a better service. 10/10.

There was a rubbing sound coming from my driver's front tire when making a right turn. They put it on the hoist and found the brakes dust cover was bent. They bent it back into place and that was the issue. They put it down and told me to have a nice day. I am so grateful for their help! I will definitely use their services again, if and when needed! Thank you so much Dave and Shane!

Today I was driving to Victoria from Duncan and my brakes happened to go on the highway right by Jickling's. I quickly looked up reviews and gave them a call. Within 15 minutes my Truck was in the shop and Dave gave me a courtesy car to take to Victoria to complete my errands.Dave was honest and upfront with me, he didn't try to upsell me, but told me about all of my trucks issues and allowed me to decide what was done.I have used many service shops across BC and AB, and have never had such polite, prompt, honest and friendly service.I would recommend this Auto Shop to anyone and everyone. A+ all around!

I ran my older Subaru over to Dave’s shop because I noticed some steam coming from the grill. Even though they were crazy busy one of the mechanics came out and had a look. He replaced a clamp, topped up the antifreeze and sent me on my way. There’s a reason they’re a busy shop, because they have no problem taking a few minutes to see if they can help. Highly recommend this local business!

My wife and I been coming to Jicklings for years. I just needed a brake job and their technician noticed an alarming problem while working. I was advised of multiple options and never once felt pressured. By the time it was all said and done I completely understood what and why the repairs were needed paying significantly less than then at the dealership. Spending money on auto repairs is never a welcome expense but I always trust Dave and his staff to give me honest, reliable service. I will never go anywhere else.
