Embarrassing. That roof looks horrible and screams Ontario Doesn't Care". There's also more need for signage. I had no idea where to pull in with my trailer last time I was there and ended up in the middle of the main parking lot. Unimpressed."

Building looks very run down, need lots of paint on the exterior. Disappointing to have this greet people into our province. Great sign coming in saying Ontario is open for business but the travel info station was closed on a Sunday.. Ontario should take notes from Nova Scotia..

Ontario Travel Information Centre - Hawkesbury
Excellent place to stop, get some rest at the outdoor desks and walk your dog. Courteous and knowledgeable personnel on duty. The place is clean and well maintained, has a vast parking lot, good and for for trailers, too. There's automatic defibrillator on site, clean restrooms of all kinds and garbage collection. On the downside, it closes too early every day, but motorists travel in the evenings.

Very friendly staff. Helpful with suggestions of attractions in the immefiste area and slso in Toronto. Bilingual, also, which I appreciated, being from Québec.

Nice place to stop and rest all year long. If ever you don't want to get a ticket in quebec because of the curfew it's a good place to wait from 10pm to 5am

The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The building is run down and exterior needed painting and updating. There are several broken picnic tables and the parking lines are so faded it is tough to know where to park. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION ONTARIO.

The Information Centre exterior is not pleasant as the roof needs attention, the garbage was overflowing and the toilets need refurbishing, taps etc. The whole area does not give a good representation of Ontario. Take a look at the Nova Scotia Information Centre for a beautiful tourist Welcoming Scene.The agents were very helpful.Harold

I was almost scared to enter its run down, but when I opened the doors it was super clean and very cute super Ontario" with a little shop loads of free maps and souvenirs. We were greeted right away by a team of kind tourisme specialists. I would stop there again! I really hope that one day for the sake of tourism they can renovate the outside."

Bathrooms closed, no sign advising people, lots of defecation along the side of the woods, a porta-potty could be a good idea, or a sign so people don't create an environmental disaster while Ontario figures out a solution...

Stopped there at 4pm on a Monday for a washroom break for myself (pregnant) and our toddler. Place was closed and locked even though it says open 9am-5pm. NOT impressed.
