Travel Health Centre

This clinic has always been good to me. I've worked in a job requiring global travel. One must be patient as they are very busy with most of us needing to travel when Covid-19 is over. The nurses there are all great.

Great service. Very pleasant staff. Went over all the details and gave me the necessary vaccination. Thanks for the great work.

Never going back. I gave one star because it has to be rated to leave a comment. The nurse who gave me a hepatitis shot was a racist. She told me Asians never get immunized properly and tried to force me to get alll the shots on the list. I explained that I got all the immunization because my government heavily subsidies and also sends nuses to school every year for it. She wouldn't believe me. She said she knew for a fact that Asians didn't get immunized because she worked for a school board. How could she know better than the person who grew up there? I was so offened by the way she patronized me and also the generalization she was making. She also demanded I provide her with my immunization record if I didn't want to get all the shots that day. Why would I carry my immunization record with me? She insulted me again at the end of the visit by telling me not to go to live poultry markets and touch wild animals in my home country. I explained I was from an urban centre (much more urban than Regina) so I couldn't even see wild animals and threre weren't any live poultry markets. She looked at me like I was mad. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any health care professional.

I cannot get through to schedule an appointment over a month now. I believe immunizing is important and it should not be difficult to speak with someone to get an appointment booked.

They make it next to impossible to get immunizations for a trip. They don't answer the phone, make you leave a message, then they'll call back, however their hours are very limited and most people are at work during those hours. I can't be on the phone at my job, so it's basically impossible to book an appointment. If I could call them on my break, great ... but they don't answer their phone.

Very hard to get them over the phone. I had to reschedule appointment because my daughter been sick and the person on the phone been very rude. That being said, the nurse that saw us were super professional and friendly. Very pricey!

I called and left a message this morning and got a call back within the hour. The lady who called me (I didn’t t grab her name-Tracy?) was so friendly. I asked a few questions and she was so helpful. She made our phone call a very positive experience!

Could not find hours of operation online. Died of dysentery.

Made appointments for my shingles vaccinations, two are required. Very easy to schedule the appointments via phone calls. The nurses were very knowledgeable and professional. They provide detailed explanations regarding the vaccines, but in terms that are easily understood. Book well in advance of your needs. The clinic is very busy post Covid providing immunizations for everyone resuming travel.
