I made contact with Manny and never felt more appreciative of someone's guidance as his during my phone purchase. He brought up a new unit, provided the options that made the most sense for my situation. He updated my data, re-established my files and had it ready within 20 minutes with screen saver, ear buds, protective cover and fully downloaded. Very happy and made a friend who likes tea - that's my business.

Virtual line was good ....Sales person was pleasant ....but wasn't listening ....juggling multiple orders at the same time.....was very clear I didn't want to pay more then my existing plan.....and he presented one plan at more ....no options provided ....told me it was a good plan.....dissatisfied
