Was referred to this office from a friend, and it was a great experience.Came in for a cleaning, and I was satisfied with the quality of work done by the dentist. The safeguards put in place for covid made me feel at ease.Would return again in the future.

My family had a wonderful experience with Dr Cindie Liu. My husband and I had our annual dental check and had our teeth cleaning. My 5 year old kid had his fluoride coated. Recommended! Especially for those who can speak Chinese. :)

My family and I have been clients for almost 20 years. There are about 6 different dentist that work in this office. They are all professional. Initially I was Dr Horng's patient but he has 3 other offices to manage. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Liu. She's very clear, calm, communicative. She's speaks Mandarin and English. Everyone in this office is bilingual. All the ladies from Wendy, Claudia and Sara are friendly/nice. Environment is clean and COVID safe. I noticed they have UV light cleaners for equipment. They updated theinterior. No ceiling TV though. The chairs need updating but I'm sure they cost a lot to replace. They have text and email reminders.

After my last dentist retired, I’m glad I was refer to this one. Can’t say anything bad about this place.

I booked an appointment to fill my teeth this afternoon, and as I arrived the doctors told me in my face that they are prepared for teeth cleaning.I insisted that I'm here for cavity treatment, so eventually they start mining and drilling and all that. After about an hour, I found that part of my teeth was reduced and then refilled, while the cavity remained untouched.This is outrageous, and they didn't even provide me a mirror after treatment to see how things go. I'll talk to them tomorrow to see if they are going to do anything to make up for this.

The front desk girl 's general attitude in dealing with telephone conversation with patient was immature, rude, unreasonably confident if I would need to describe her in a solid term under my first impression. She presumes she knows what she's doing as being a dental clinic receptionist or assistant as she lives inside her own world without taking into consideration but ignoring the true definition of service quality that she should have applied to her role, especially within this medical field. After all, she should be gentle and caring since she is the very first point of contact for any incoming patients; she probably knows how to handle pretty much everything for her clinlic's internal office works, regardless, as a patient, I deeply believe she isn't ready to sit in the front to welcome" everyone as she ought not to ignore the basic human side of service as part of entire dental visit. Just be aware the front desk may not be patient and trying to rush through any sorts of conversations with you whether in person or by phone !!"

The staff was friendly and welcoming, as they have been on all of my visits, and I felt at ease from the moment I arrived.The clinic itself is modern and well-equipped, with the latest in dental technology. From routine checkups to more complicated procedures, I have always felt that my dental health is in good hands at this clinic.What I especially appreciate about this clinic is the consistency of service. Over the many years that I have been a client, the staff has certainly gotten to know my dental health needs well. This allows them to provide individualized care tailored to my unique needs and preferences.Overall, I would gladly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for high quality dental care.
