Had Mary Browns for the first time yesterday - best chicken burger I've ever had! Loved the chicken pop-ins too! The ladies working were very sweet & kind. 110% will be back.

Delicious! The Spicy Big Mary is actually spicy, unlike many spicy sandwiches that are boring. The pickles work so well with the heat. Hot and fresh. I very much enjoyed it.

Great chicken, and we love the new biscuits.Customer service is usually so friendly, but we did have a bad experience, where they forgot to bag up the actual chicken we ordered (there were a lot of sides and some drinks too), and after driving home about 15 minutes away and noticing we had no chicken, I drove all the way back to see what happened.I had to wait about half an hour in the store for it be resolved. They were getting other orders wrong when I was there. I guess the worst experience was that they didn't believe me, even with my receipt. I had to wait around for them to check their cameras and then make the chicken again. As a regular customer, that was humiliating to be treated as though I wasn't telling the truth. I used to work in customer service and know on a busy Friday night, it can be crazy, but we were taught to resolve things kindly if customers had issues. I was being calm and friendly the whole time.In the end, the cameras backed up my story, we got our chicken, and a couple extra pieces, and apologies from some people. I was satisfied with the resolution, just not with the wait on what was a mistake on their end.

Wasn't busy at all when we went there. We were the only customers in the store. Stressed 3 times what I wanted and told not to worry. Drove home with our $50 take out order and order not correct.....go figure!!

Food was great! Double check that your order is complete, it was actually a while before I realized I didn't have my macaroni salad. By that time I was too stuffed to really care.

So I ended up getting the spicy chicken, keep in mind I've never tried this place before so I thought it was going to be an alright spicy.. but nope it was unbearable to eat but I ate it anyways because I was hungry. The macaroni salad was amazing and I absolutely love their wedges

This spot has been here forever since I grew up in Sackville! My family loves their Big Mary and I'm a fan of the ridiculous amount of delicious sauces they have available for dipping. Taters are solid too! Saved our butts with a family feast deal that wasn't just reasonable in price, but was ready in probably 10-15 with everything super fresh on a busy night before the holidays! Not a ton of parking here in the little strip mall, shared with many other small businesses. Probably the kindest cashier working here that I've come across in a long time!

Ok places order on the app. 15-20 mins before pick up.The whole point for the pre order on the app is not to wait.It’s 6:30 on a Thursday evening.They had no chicken.How do you not estimate how much chicken you will need at dinner time?Worked in food service before, and know how food estimation works. Sure there can be busier than usual. But this extremely weird for the time of day.Not impressed.
