Luksus Diamonds

In my initial search, I was interested in some online retailers but was not comfortable with having a ring shipped back and forth in case of any issues. Luksus was recommended in some threads we saw on Reddit and I liked that their website has an option to search for diamonds based on the parameters that you want (similar to some online retailers). The big bonus is that in addition to that, we got to work 1 on 1 with Andrew who was super knowledgable and helped us to find the perfect diamond! There were some options that we were interested in on the website that would become unavailable really quickly but Andrew was able to find something similar for us that was not yet posted to the website.I had already known what ring setting I wanted so the whole process was so easy and seamless.After my partner proposed, we noticed a small imperfection in the setting which Andrew and his team fixed right away.Overall, we highly working with the amazing Luksus team! We'll definitely be recommending them to our friends in the future.

I bought a diamond ring to propose to my girlfriend from Luksus diamonds. I wanted to say that we had worked with a couple of jewelers prior to this and ultimately decided to go with Andrew.It was a pleasant experience. Andrew was great at communicating and explaining different options. We were able to choose a ring that my girlfriend was happy with within our budget.I want to add that they have great customer service. Andrew even polished the ring for some scratches that I wasn't sure if it was mine or their fault. No questions asked.I highly recommend that you choose their services for engagement rings.

Before finding Luksus diamonds I had gone to several other jewellers and was pretty disappointed with the experiences I had and the options that were given to me. I really liked being able to go through the Luksus website and search the different types of diamond and band options and once I started dealing with Adam he made me confident that they were the right company to go with. Not only did he give me a lot of information on diamonds, he gave great advice on style options and was easily reachable through phone or email while always making sure to keep me updated with all of my options and the order process. I had an amazing experience with Adam at Luksus Diamonds and could not recommend their service more. This was a daunting and worrying experience until I spoke with Adam. Everything just moved smoothly from that point onwards and I actually enjoyed the experience. Adam provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise to find you the best product within your budget. He never tries to up sell you and sources the best diamonds for the best price. He does a really good job at making you feel comfortable and feels more like a friend guiding you through the process. We designed features of the ring together and the results far exceeded my expectations. I had a tight window and he still managed to have it ready for the date I requested. My fiancée absolutely adores her ring and loves the compliments she receives on it. I highly recommend Adam and his team and will definitely be going back for wedding bands.

Andrew and his team at Luksus are hands down the best wholesale jeweller in the Lower Mainland. I shopped around at many other stores to make my vision for the ring a reality, but was never met with an honest, personalized approach, or with the wide variety of styles to my liking. From the beginning to the end, Andrew was very helpful, professional, and quick with communication the entire process, answering any doubts I might have had.I would consider myself decently educated on the 4 C’s and what to look for in the perfect Diamond for my specifications. Having selected a few diamonds on the online site, Andrew went out of his way to suggest a better Diamond within my specifications and price range that was not listed on the online site yet, and it ended up being the perfect one! I absolutely loved my experience of being able to create and design the ring to every small detail, making my picture a reality.The entire process was made seamless for one of the bigger purchases in my life, and I am grateful to have come across Luksus. Adam at Luksus Downtown was excellent to deal with, he offers a wealth of knowledge on engagement rings, but he also listens to what you need. The craftsmanship of the ring is absolutely superb.
