It was a good shopping experience. The staff was helpful, and very welcoming. Prices are fair, especially if there is a sale. The quality of their products are very good, and are excellent to throw in the oven if you have company over. I don't often shop here, but if we are entertaining then it is certainly a great option for great finger foods and desserts.

5 minutes late to pick up a $130 pre-order on Christmas Eve. Traffic was horrendous and they had moved from Adelaide to Highbury.They wouldn't open the door. Lights on. People in the shop.Christmas dinner had no apps, no dessert, and no chocolates for the kids. The food I was buying for gifts? Well that meant our home care help didn't have seafood to take home to her family, which I had promised.So utterly disappointed.Closing hours for the holidays not posted on the website.Never going back again.

Last semester I bought a 10 oz rib eye steak from the store, the male clerk said its fresh and dry aged. I went home and cooked it, I found out its only weigh 9 oz and a lot of blood water. It smelled not very good, kind of stale beef smelling. Then I threw it to the garbage. I went back to complain it. The female clerk didnt believe me and said I must ate it all, she had also a bad attitude, and she said she couldnot do anything without the package. Well I said I have the reciept and statement from bank, then she reply that doesnot work for her. So the product quality is bad and as well as the customer service.
