Had Shaw a few years ago. They cut off my services due to nonpayment... my payments were current. It was a mistake on their end, it was a similar address that was suppose to be disconnected. Our service was cut off for over a month because they were apparently too busy to reconnect. Their response when I said I deserved some incentive to remain a customer?? They wouldn’t charge me for the time it was cut off.... no sh*t Sherlocks... you wrongfully disabled my account. Now, my current address no longer offers Sasktel so I was forced to return to their company. I called and talked to an agent last month, who informed me hook up is easy and I can pick up an internet box at the Prince Albert location.(I waited on hold so the lady could ensure they had them in stock). When I went into the store to pick it up the “lady” at the front desk treated me like an inconvenience for coming to pick it up. Now, upon trying to set up this wifi I’ve waited on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Terrible company.

Worst company I have had the pleasure to deal with.Cancelled cable but continued to be billed.Called 4 times to straighten it out. Nobody can figure it out.Sasktel is way better.I will never use Shaw agian.

Fast wifi. But I went down and paid for the wifi (not under my name but under my sisters name who I live with) and I got home from work and it’s disconnected. They said I’m good till June 1st or something like that and they cut me off.

Cable installer came and runs a cable 4 1/2 feet up along the entire side of the house. Called shaw and ask if they can come back and run it under the soffit. I got a no they will not coming back to reinstall. There is nothing wrong with it. That was after I was on hold for 58mins the first time. A man answered the phone and said I can’t understand you and hung up faster the I could say Excuse me. So take it from my experience do not waist your time on this company rude lazy and unprofessional. This was in Prince Albert Saskatchewan. You have been warned do not give them your business. I’m not a big fan of Sasktel but I just called them and explained my problem. Only on hold for 10 min. They are coming on the feb 11 and will fix the problem. Thanks Sasktel and F@$& you shaw.

Worst experience I have ever had, this is not the first time either. This front girl is the most rude and un helpful person ever , she just refused to help us when all we needed was assistance as we have not been successful over the phone or online. I have canceled my service and will be taking my business els where.

Phoned last year to renew my internet connection and cancel my phone, they even told me to return the unit/terminal and I did. Now, i found out that they didnt cancel my phone and still paying them for no reason. Blamed me for not looking at my billing while I pay every month without delay. The unit/terminal that I returned to them wasnt even in the system and they couldnt give credits for over a year of paying them. Will never renew my contract with you guys anymore!! Not a happy customer here!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not work with you at all. Won't take payment arrangements. Threatening to cut us off because they will not wait 1 day for payment. (Want payment the 9th, we don't get paid until the 10th) have been a long time customer and they have no customer appreciation at all. Will definitely be taking our service elsewhere

I am a business I phoned for help with my phone on Nov 17th my problem was I couldn’t hear anyone that would phone me they could hear me I couldn’t hear them . So I phoned once they said I’ll get back to you , waited a week and phoned back and they said , oh so sorry I’ll get this straightened out right away you were scheduled for someone on Dec 15 th. Never got back again so phoned the 3rd time a week later. And of course they were apologetic again , so this person upped my service to Dec 8 wow so had no phone for 3weeks got all my calls forwarded to my pay as I go Sasktel phone ended up using my 60 min that I m given with my plan when that was used up spent an additional $33.00. So here I sit on the 4th week . Surprise the phone rings at home it’s Shaw wondering if they could service my phone today . I stated I work tomorrow they can come then he said they were just going through their work orders and just discovered mine HURRAY that’s why you got the 2 stars.So do you think I should get some kind of credit ?
