Amazing selection for sz 10+!!! Fit was great. Spacious change rooms, fans in each room for individual comfort,and great sale prices. This will be added to my regular stores while in Guildford mall! Bought 3 pairs of jeans!! Lol

I hate the way they have the merchandise marked it has an American price and a Canadian price which is often much much higher. To avoid paying way too much in cad i wait until there is a sale and lower international shipping rates and get it shipped up here to my house. I use a cc with a great exchange rate and I get the clothes I want without paying this company to import the clothes to Canada. I hope all shoppers think about other options and don't pay the prices they charge just because it's a different company. I'd recommend going into the store and trying the clothes on before you buy them so you know exactly what you are getting but that's the only reason I would use the store up here. And if your looking for great plus size clothes for extremely decent prices try Avenue clothing and use pay pal to get it shippedSuch a much better option!!

I've only been twice but the service was impeccable, lots of selection, and air conditioning in the roomy dressing spaces. I walked out with some very nice sale priced outfits.

I was very happy to finally see a store curvier bodies. Staff at Guildford were all nice and you could see they were working hard to keep the store tidy and organized.Got a bra that had a wider band in the back that didn't looking like a nursing bra or sports bra. Very happy. Thank you.

Love being able to go and shop comfortably *in person* knowing I will find things that fit. There is enough of a style range that I'll usually find something up my alley. HOWEVER, the prices are way too high for the quality. There are always deals, but they are still overcharging since the material is very low quality, pills, colours run, etc. Pants pill and get holes in the thigh almost instantly- for a plus size exclusive store, you'd think they'd consider thigh friction. Many items I've bought have essentially ended up being a one-time wear due to low quality...or they look good for one or two wears, then start looking raggedy. Very wasteful, both in the eco-sense and the $ sense.

It's a big place, there are a lot of clothes, and the price is quite acceptable.

I have a love/hate relationship with Torrid. Their employees have either really nice people working or people who seem to hate their job working there. Their shipments don't come on certain days it's at random so most of the time their size selection is not there. I like the convince of having plus size in the mall however their selection is poor quality, too high of price, and most of their selection is not cute. Plus last time I guess I had Torrid cash to use and they failed to tell me and now they've expired. You have to spend so much $ to get that Torrid Cash! Overall it's good for a quick pinch but that's about it. Pretty disappointing as a Plus Size Exclusive store
