My name is Kayla Flowers and I have worked at Century 21 A & T Countryside Realty Inc. for a year and a half. I can tell you it is so nice to have a team that is so supportive and encouraging. It's the type of environment in which you work both independently and as a team. I am the admin assistant but that is not just my job. I do the promoting for Century 21 and also work with the Realtors one-on-one helping with personal advertising and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. I also upload the listings and sales. I have never met an employer, managers and co-worker that encourage me at work and also in my personal life as much as they do.
