I’ve always preferred to go to this branch for my car rental needs despite having another branch closer to where I live for both business and leisure purposes. I always feel at home and welcomed at the branch. Ranya always has a special touch of service to her customers. Transactions for pick up and returns has always been smooth. I also get the occasional car upgrades for being a regular! This is my go-to branch for my car rentals needs!

So far so good. The young lady at the check-in counter was very friendly, helpful and didn’t try overselling add on services. The car was excellent, clean and more than I expected. I’ll update the review once the car is returned. As with any rental company I’d strongly recommend taking plenty of photos/video on return to ensure no unexpected charges are made. Overall a great experience. I’d use this service again.Just returned our car following another rental period. As usual the staff were very friendly and looked after us. Thanks see you again soon

Everything was good with pick up and options for vehicles. Price was very competitive as well. Staff members were friendly and accomodating. Overall good experience. The drop off in the downtown area and parking garage was a little bit strange to comprehend.

I had to randomly grab a car to make the best out of my Callgary experience...the people at this Avis were more than helpful, they helped me find the cheapest and most practical package , went out of their way to ensure a stress free experience...I wish all Avis staff were like these guys <3<3<3

Ranya was amazing. She looked after us really well.Prices are pretty good and vehicle we hired was super good. Limited edition RAM truck. However, the cost is very high of you extend your time. So when hiring try not to extend.

Bad News. No way to get a reimbursement for their mistake - which was inaccurately recording my mileage on the vehicle. I have tried three times to get it fixed and each time they say, yes they will fix it and then don't. Cost me over $500 for their mistake at the Calgary Avis. I will never use this company again. Even the customer service line is rigged. When you call, it gives you options and if you pick one, it goes back to the first selections - what a rip off.

Hard to put into words how much I advise avoiding this place. We dealt with the associate Jasmine, who was incredibly unhelpful, impatient and rude.Jasmine refused to give us the Unlimited Mileage associated with an Intermediate SUV, and told us we had a 600km mileage cap. We drove only 466km, and yet were charged for EVERY kilometre, at $0.20 per kilometre. Photo attached.I have rented from Avis over 10 times, after this I’ll never rent from Avis again.

I had a great experience with this company. Service was given by Jasmin was excellent. I got the best offer in nice price, based on my requirements. The car was safety, clean, comfortable.The contract was done quickly with indicating all important details.
