Agreed to come by for a quote for pruning. Was late. When he arrived, he said he wouldn't give quotes before the leaves grew on the tree. It's the end of March right now there are no leaves on anyone's trees.Took a lot of questioning from me to give non committal answers on basic information like: what's the typical cost of this service, how much advance notice do you need to book a service, etc.Waste of time for everyone involved. Poor customer service.

Bob took time to speak with me about how to get our hedge under control and how to keep it that way in the future (he didn't try to upsell me on future work). He came out to give a quote the day after I called him and returned to do the job as soon as weather conditions were correct. He cares about safety and doing the job properly. Years ago, Bob also removed a dangerously over-grown maple threatening our roof. Professional, efficient and charges a fair price.
