The Cutting Edge Knife and Scissor Sharpening

We got The Cutting Edge to sharpen a number of hunting knives as well as some very old knives, including a WWII US issue military knife, large Chinese Cleaver and a number of household knives and scissors. Everything came back amazingly sharp and better than new. Very quick turnaround time. We’re happy to be a repeat customer.

My knives were irritating me. Boning knife had no edge at all I could keep and my butcher knife cut on a drastic angle. I called Rick he came and picked them up and delivered them Monday exactly as promised. I just bought a supply of bulk meat from cosco. What a pleasure using my sharpened knives. Nothing makes cooking a pleasure like the right tools in the best condition. I had a mezzaluna that had become so dull, it squashed herbs and mashed meat rather than mincing them. Rick sharpened the mezzaluna and it is amazing! I’ve started mincing everything with it instead of my chef’s knife. Wonderful job.
