this is worst gym management i have ever seen specially manager, when anyone come to join the gym how they treat, no fully transparency, at the end charge for hidden cancellation. i suggest read the policy before you sign up any documents. keep safe & stay safe

Very good staff and the group classes are awesome.The only thing which I don’t like is to pay $100/ if you leave the gym in the middle of the year.The management should think about it as some people have to move to different location or city due to their job or for any reason.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews about “hidden fees & extra charges”. It literally says everything in your contract, just read it before you sign it. I cancel my membership after 1 year contract, paid 0 (ZERO) fees and charges and got it done on the same day I requested. Never had any problems with the gym, it had everything I needed. Brand new equipment and some of the cardio machines I could connect my apple watch to it and track my workout easily. You won’t find that at any overrated gym!!

I gave 4 stars only for instructors of dance classes. Rest everything about this fitness club I didn’t like. At time of you signing up for yearly contract they show as you are priority and everything will be taken seriously however once you are a member they don’t give F about you. You wont be notify if trainer cancel the appointment and you go there waste your hours sitting like fool waiting for trainer to show up who is already booked with other clients unknown about your appointment. And, they never make up, they say they do but later they say they didn’t book you any appointment. Lie on your face. Then, be aware about their hidden fees of maintenance that they don’t tell you when u sign up later charge you en say its one time. However, the instructors of dance classes are nice, make you feel welcomed, make sure you enjoy your workout while focusing on losing fat.

Been coming here for a while. It's the gym closest to my home and has good equipment. Everything you could hope for in a community gym.Where I could see improvements would be for the women's section. I understand the space limitation, as it is a smaller gym. But the equipment that is desginated for the women's section should remain there. Like a bench, the extensions for the cable machine and the weights on the weight rack.

Most reasonably priced Gym in Brampton West. You will see to negotiate on the monthly price. They do run some offers during December and you can get to lock your rate at a low monthly price. There would be an initial fee of $99 which will be waived in most cases and then there is an annual fees of $49 charged upfront over and above the monthly fees of about $14-18. They organize group sessions, offer personal training, bhangra classes and lot more. There are showers and a sauna as well along with changing rooms. Overall a good place

It would me more convenient to do yoga at home.

My very first experience here, which I totally enjoyed.☆The workout equipment Was up to date with a lot of machines to choose from.☆the atmosphere of the clientele seemed very good and I really loved the fact that a daycare was available for my grandbaby with a friendly staff member ( Zeel~ beautiful name) attending to her every need.☆ the washrooms| change rooms are welcoming and clean.☆ The staff are quite courteous and welcoming... great experience overall

The management is not good and I felt discriminated and racism in the gym environment.If your staff is brown you should respect your members as well dont insult them.Gym is very small and even trainers are very rude my friend asked something from a trainer and he replied very rudely.
