St. Barnabas Daycare

Love this daycare! All the staff are friendly, and absolutely love all the kids.

The staff are amazing!!Highly recommend St.Barnabas daycare to anyone that has doubts about leaving your child with someone. They will make you feel right at home.

No place was child with any special needs .. providers not willing to deal with any child with even slightly more needs, no attention to kids at all.Out of school program is the worse out of allNo inclusion and no acceptance is the problem

I had my children at St Barnabas daycare for over 6 years. All the caregivers were wonderful with my kids. My daughter took her first steps at the daycare and we have so many positive memories! My children feel that some of the staff our like family to us. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating with us over the years with any challenges we faced. We were very sad to have to move when my son aged out. That would be my only complaint, I wish they could accommodate a longer out of school care program!

My son attended St Barnabas from age 3-5 and we love this place. The staff are kind, understanding and loving, and being a member of the board for the duration I had better insight into the staff and other parents who go to the centre. These are a great bunch of people and we couldn't be happier with our experience there. We looked into many daycares in New West and we chose St Barnabas because it was a fairly large centre (not home based) with lots of room to move and a great reputation. I was impressed with the fact that many of the staff had been there long term and that experience showed. The other thing I really liked was the number of field trips and general community walks/visits that they did as part of the program, especially in the summer. This allowed my son to really get to know his own neighbourhood and have fun exploring spray parks, the fire hall etc. I also loved that they brought in teachers for yoga and dance programs. This is a play based centre which focuses more on life skills (communication, sharing, collaboration) than reading/writing and at this age I felt that this was the best thing for my son. We will miss this place!

When you drop your child off, you feel so comforted that they will be nurtured and cared for by a loving staff. Great leadership, excellent core of long-term staff with years and years of experience. Great playground and diverse activities. It’s always a compliment when your child wants to stay “just a little bit longer!” When you arrive for pick-up!

Our daughter attends here , it is the most amazing daycare either of my kids have ever gone to. Professional, kind staff who always have smiles on their faces, I'm so grateful our daughter is in such loving supportive care when we are at work/school and that we know she's safe and loved at her daycare. Thank you so much to all the workers for having a hand in our amazing children. You all do such a fantastic job. :)

The best daycare in new westminster!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Anna the after school teacher. She is absolutely amazing with the children. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

My two daughters have attended St.Barnabas for the last 4 years and we are so sad to have to leave. They have wonderful long term staff who are great with the children. Everyone is caring, supportive and inclusive. The afterschool program was amazing and took our kids out on field trips every single day over the summers. They were very much like our second family. I could not have hoped for a better facility over the last few years and will miss all the staff greatly.

Our lovely daycare. Professional staff, kind and attentive. Many activities incl. yoga, dancing lessons. Strongly recommended.
