Great customer service, the staff are very friendly, but I was sadly served a Mozza Burger on a moldy bun.Please please PLEASE, keep an eye on the food you serve. I'm just thankful I caught it before I ate any more

Brutal. Worst drive thru breakfast experience. Ordered a breakfast wrap and a coffee. It took 5 mins for my wrap and then an additional 3 mins for my coffee for some reason. The wrap was tiny (finished it in 5 bites.) .. and it was smothered with way too much ketchup. The coffee was scalding hot.. could not even take a sip for another 10 mins. Worst $6.50 ever spent... but also the last time I ever spend money at this location.

My boys and I popped by for lunch, the woman working the window/counter was unable to get to us in a timely manner, a nice gentleman came and asked if we had been helped. He apologized for thr wait and took our order and suggested we sit down. Our order arrived and it had the wrong drinks, we were not concerned and didn't mention anything, as it was a beautiful day out and it was just a drink. He insisted on correcting our order immediately. I just want to commend him on his amazing service and kindness, we appreciated his efforts and his concern for our experience.

Never seen such a disorganized A&W in my life. Had a coupon for an $8.99 combo, was almost charged 13 dollars after tax, and the employee kept trying to say that was the total with tax...no tax is $4 on an 8.99 subtotal. They fix it. I pay. Then my boyfriend has a burger and drink coupon for $6.99, and he ordered an additional side of fries. So is total should have been around 11 dollars for a side of fries plus the coupon. He was then charged over 16 dollars by the same employee. It took over 10 minutes to get a refund for him, then his burger came out wrong after all of that. Such a mess.

I ordered fries here. Just plain old fries I asked for. The lady made sure to ask me repeatedly if I wanted to get anything else with that. I think she was just having a bad day and was zoned out. The fries were good.

The AW in the seaway mall have a Horrible service, before I order the food I show her the coupon and that the way I always bought with coupon, but she ask to scan the code and yelling to me“I need scan the code” I was shocked there because her voice is so big and watching at me looks like she wants fight with me……of course there is no coupon can scan since the code is number with letter, there is other Aw outside of the mall then I go there and a young lady helping me take an order with expired coupon, its expired because I activated it in the mall! If you want hire old people please hire a nice people, she yelling me like yelling her granddaughter, but I am not!
