I am not happy at all with this company. Thomas has accepted payment to do computer work for my elderly mother for an entire year. Now, Thomas is unreachable. My mother has had problems with her computer and internet and has tried on multiple occasions to contact Thomas to no avail. Now she is in the hospital and I am trying to keep up with all of her bills. Without Thomas' help, this is extremely difficult. My mother has no access to her banking on line and she will need to have groceries delivered to her when she gets home. Without a computer, this is a huge problem. Shame on you for not living up to your agreement with my mother. I think you have scammed her. Shame on you!
