I was interested in replacing my phone. Devon was very helpful and answered all my questions and more. He offered suggestions I hadn’t even considered. I didn’t feel dumb for asking questions as I have with some people in the past. I purchased my new phone and am very happy with it.

Just went in to buy a tablet as Andres on Landsdown sent me there because they had 4 available. They said they don't sell them outright and sent me to Costco. They didn't even ask me if I wanted it on my telus plan. Bad customer service

The team was super helpful and got us a great new mobility plan and the most current iPhones at a better price than our previous 2yr plan.

Got my new phone fast and easy. They put a good screen protector on it too. No upselling garbage. Actually the staff found me a cheaper plan than what I thought I had to get, which was great.

50$ to SET-UP a prepaid SIM card! When no configuration is needed.They maybe think tourists are silly but no worries just in front , in BELL, they just did it brilliantly and for free!

Absolutely discussed with the experience I just had with the only staff member in the buildingNot only was he too lazy to stand up and come help me, but the minute I mentioned I had gift cards threw my telus points his tone changed. Why I don't know, but it only got worse from there... I guess he also didn't like the strong tone I naturally have to my voice and told me I sounded rude WOW just WOW. I even stated this is my voice, so u basically just made fun of me, WOW 100% appalled. No apology nothing! Hope the other staff is better. Not many places to go to use my telus gift cards but I will never go there again. He made sure to let me know it is NOT a telus store... yet there's no other name on the building, very confusing! Good day turned to mad n kinda sad after being called names.

Quinn was beyond helpful, kind and fun to be around. It was lovely having him there to help us out. He answered all of our questions and sent us on our way with a substantially lower bill. 5 star service in our opinion!

I had trouble setting up my internet, online support suggested I go into a Telus store to figure it out. I dealt with Chris and he was able to figure out the problem that multiple customer support reps could not before him. While he was dealing with my issue he also helped all the other customers that came in so that the wait time in there was never more than a couple minutes. Give this guy a raise! I highly recommend this store to anyone.
