I have worked with Michael Bell a number of times over the last decade - on large and small family photos, portraits and candid shots, including with my dog. In all cases, Michael put us all at ease, and captured beautiful moments and images. He listened carefully to what we wanted, was always prepared with locations and ideas, and was happy to both improvise in the moment and to keep shooting for the silly and real moments that happen in between the planned ones. He has a great eye and some of those raw, unexpected images are among my favourites. The photos I have from Michael feel like a gift.
