This is my first time buying a brand new motorcycle and Riverside made it so easy to do. The transaction was fantastic. The sales person Ryan was amazing and the lady in accessories. Christine was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

Great experience purchasing my last bike. Thank you Danny, Jeff and Warren. Super friendly, helpful, and attentive. And shout out to Christine for her time and experience helping me find the helmet I needed. It took one hour to complete the sale/financing, and fit/purchase a helmet. And it couldn't have gone smoother.

Few months late with review. Purchased new bike, Ryan bent over backwards to accommodate me. Very helpful bunch. They stayed bit late after closing time to help load bike up and to make sure I'd be OK on my long journey back home. Placed a few orders through Riverside in past few months, customer service was exceptional. I will definitely keep doing business at Riverside and highly recommend to everyone.

Great service from friendly staff.I have bought several bikes in the last year and Danny in sales is always quick to reply and make sure bikes are ready for pick up when arranged. Excellent customer service, will continue using riverside as my needs change.

I bought my 2015 KTM superduke 1290R from here in 2017. I was given an amazing deal and the parts department has always treated me very well. l've purchased new tires, oil change kits, and power parts from the parts department over the years and I've always been happy with the quality and service. I had the service department install some Dunlop Q3+ tires front and rear for free during their annual spring sale. Take advantage of the buy tires have them installed for free during the spring sale if you can. I also purchased an awesome jacket from the apparel department. Great place to purchase a bike, apparel, or get your two wheel ride serviced.

We have been doing business with Riverside Motorsports Yamaha for years and can not say enough about their amazing customer service & sales associates. This past winter we had a motor issue with our sons snowscoot and it had to go in for some warranty work. Their service department went above and beyond to get everything sorted out and fixed in a very timely manner so we could continue enjoying the snowmobile season. Excellent communication & knowledge through out the entire service & parts department. We've also worked with Danny over the years in sales, quick to respond & very knowledgeable on stock and product availability. Not to mention they have a fantastic stock of gear for all ages and great sales associates upstairs eager and willing to help you find anything you might need. Excellent business in all areas, you can't go wrong with a stop here.

Well this establishment seems to have pretty well anything and everything that involves an engine (motorcycles, quads, snowmobiles, electric bikes, generators, pumps...) and all peripheral equipment to accompany ones purchase. They carry a lot of stock and are local. Yes, people can buy online but your know, let's support our local businesses. I can well imagine how much their product carrying costs are. And an added bonus, you actually get to interact with some good people who I found very helpful.

Booked a 'checkup' service appt weeks ago to be first in line while I waited the estimated hour (or two) for the bike to get done. Showed up 15 mins prior to opening, was first through the gate. Was immediately told I was second in line. After 3 hours, I inquired about an ETA and was told the technician experienced difficulties with first bike, and mine was now in the shop. But wait...another priority job occurred and my bike would now not be done until the end of the day. Disappointed, to say the least. Then found out that to clear an error code as a result of replacing my battery would take 1 hour of Riverside shop time. I expected more from a dealership who has always provided me with gold star service. Took my bike home and scheduled with another shop.
