MNP Debt - Licensed Insolvency Trustees Bankruptcy & Consumer Proposals

I am happy overall with my experience, there are just a couple of things that didn't meet my expectations, which could be a misunderstanding on my part in terms of how this is supposed to work. I guess I was under the impression that one person would be looking after my case and helping me out, however; I spoke to many people, to the point I had no idea who to contact at some points when I had questions. I also thought I might be advocated for a little more strongly when it came to bargaining with the creditors, quite quickly after my paperwork was submitted there was an offer given which was barely less than what I was paying monthly anyway (and way above my original offer), the representative counter offered and it went down a few dollars, and I was told that's what it is, to take that number or withdraw. I ended up taking it as it is slightly less than what I was paying the creditors directly per month, but I do still struggle to make ends meet in some respects. I am however, grateful for the help I received, and the little bit of extra wiggle room that I have at this point.

I'd like to leave an honest review for anyone who is suffering in regards to financial stress. I finished university with a lot of debt, began my career and then sustained a back injury at work, with a car accident following. I watched my life fall apart before me and MNP was there to guide my every move. I am extremely grateful for their help. Everything was explained to me in detail and I ALWAYS have someone on the line, who actually answers their phone and I never feel alone. It can be an overwhelming experience to file bankruptcy, however I wouldn't have done it with any other company. If you want to begin the process... THIS is where you start! Nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about, life happens and MNP is there for you 100% of the way, making it all less scarier. Again, REALLY grateful for MNP. Have a super day everyone! All of the Employees are so Professional they know how to help their clients. From my personal experience they helped us from the start of our Bankruptcy until we finished they are always there to guides us on what we are doing, to go on the right path of this Journey. I really appreciate them because when my husband got a severe massive stroke in the middle of our Bankruptcy and also Pandemic, they were always there to assist me and help me through all of the struggles that I'm dealing by myself, they understand what my family is going through. We are almost done on this Journey, and these have helped my family with our struggles especially on financial side and thought me a lot of things that no matter what is happening in our life, there are people in this world that would care for us and help us on our Financial Debt. The gentleman that I dealt with here was exceptionally helpful with my case in answering questions and getting me on the path to being out of debt. He even had to add to the process later on as I had forgotten an item. And I was able to work around my schedule as much as possible with the least amount of travelling back and forth to solve the issues. V

After the economy really took a dive, work was scarce and the bills started to pile up. After discussing my predicament with the great people at MNP they game up with multiple solutions. My initial start of my experience with mnp with what my bets options were was an awesome experience. But as my process continued I found it very hard to keep track of whom was dealing with what aspect of my situation. I never knew who to contact or what was going on. I’ve had nothing but issues when my taxes were filed through them and I got no response since my situation was complete.From my personal experience I would it recommend MNP but every experience is different.
