It was an awesome experience. The guys at the check in and the pilot were just so nice. Everything felt just very professional. From the beginning where I booked my flight, until I landed again. All the tourism awards they gained are totally deserved.Beautiful views guaranteed.

Harbour Air Seaplanes
My first seaplane flight was with Harbour Air and I really enjoyed it. I am impressed. The Nanaimo - Sechelt flight reduced my travel time by over 5 hours as compared to travel by ferry. I am definitely flying with Harbour Air Seaplanes in the future.

So much fun! Great flights even in overcast/wind/rain. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the chance to fly up front with Adam. He pointed out all the sites and details on the flight. Amazing experience and to fly with them again soon.

I was super nervous to fly on a float plane and my wife took me to Vancouver for the May long weekend and it was amazing, the Harbour Air staff and Pilots both ways were awesome. I could not wait to fly home and enjoy the views. Such a great experience and I hope to fly with them again soon.

Always a pleasure to travel with Harbour air. They got some weighty luggage to my daughter in Vancouver efficiently and it’s always a pleasure and refreshing to see professionals / Staff who have been there more than 20 years! Well done:). You can earn points on your flights and what a way to get on to the island and beat the ferry waits even if the price-tag is higher. Thanks to all at Harbour Air. At the Richmond south terminal can wait and dine at the pub and watch the aqua-planers go by …

Harbour Air is such a smooth and convenient trip downtown to downtown. I always appreciate being treated like a regular - with courtesy, a smile - by staff from check in to flying to boarding.Always like to gain a different perspective and take a longer view.

I went for a Mothers Day flight returning to YVR south, 28 degrees and perfectly clear skies not bad for May. Pilot & Crew were fabulous too. Can't wait to fly again!

Excellent service at both terminals I used, Nanaimo and Vancouver. Easy check in, quick flight, great staff, and friendly pilots. Everyone on the flights always seem to have a very enjoyable and memorable experience. My only complaint is the limited parking on the Nanaimo side. I will definitely be back for more flights, thank you. The free coffee is an added bonus.
