They are always out of food. Does not matter what time you go, you can rattle off 6 things they should have and they don’t. I hate this Tim Hortons.

Don't bother going after 6 pm for food or treats. Friday night at 5:56 PM and completely sold out of timbits,Chilli,donuts.

Very dissatisfied. Normally order Reg chili and a full sized bun and butter is included. Not today! Got chili, knife, fork, a third of a bun (whole wheat as they were out of white buns) yes I said 1/3 of a bun and no butter.Price is the same but the menu is lacking a bun and butter. Not good business practice as far as I’m concerned.

I ordered coffee through the drive thru and the lid wasn't on all the way when I grabbed the cup. Unfortunately the coffee split on my lap and car seat causing quite a mess. As this was an honest mishap I had called the owner to ask for help with cleaning my seat, with no hesitation he offered to get it shampooed for me. Very great customer service and he will have my continued business. Thanks Kevin :)

One of the nicer Tim Horton's establishments I've visited. Staff are friendly and respectful, and they appear to actually care about the customer. This is nice. Good job.Although the store is located on a busy highway, nevertheless; The staff always try their best to get your order out in an efficient and orderly manner. This is also nice. Good job again.All in all, it's a pretty smooth, no frills Tim Horton's experience. And their coffee is actually fresh here too.

I prefer not to use plastic lids while drinking beverages. Was not happy to see a human hair after finishing half the cup already. Absolutely disgusting.Immediately was offered a replacement one, but had no any desire to keep drinking coffee, so sad no" to it.Never Tim's cofee again....."

There's one very chipper lady who makes this Timmy's a great experience but when she's not there their service is inconstant. Other wise a great place for coffee.

We ordered special donuts for my daughters birthday in advance. Showed up to pick them up and they hadn't bothered to fill the order, order sheet was just sitting there and no one looked at it.The person working just looked at us and asked us what we wanted them to do about it. Extremely disappointed in the service here, don't order ahead as they don't bother filling the order anyways.
