Three Phillipinos speaking Phillipino, the one white kid working can't speak thier language . Poor kid dosent even know what is going on. How can he even work in an environment where he can not understand what is being said? No wonder the drive through is backed up 10 vehicles. Place is ridiculous, the owner needs to rethink how he want his buisness orchestrated.

Ordered a simply sausage with cheese on an english muffin, as I do almost every day I go to this Tims.Received an english muffin with bacon and tomatoes... gross.

I got diarrhea three times from this place. I keep ordering because it's so close. So, im giving 2 stars because I'm nice.

-10. They ignore mobile orders. I had to wait about 20 minutes until they completed all the drive thru and counter line ups. That too after reminding them a couple of times. There were only two employees, may be new because they were very slow. And a supervisor who didn't seem to care. Worst part - the chicken wrap was too greasy and tasteless. Mocha latte almost tasted like hot chocolate. For the first time ever, I dumped Tim Hortons food in garbage. My first no-go TH location. Update: when I posted this same comment through feedback option on their app, restaurant brands international explained that I had to ask the store for a refund. I didn't even ask for a refund. Sadly there was no word about maintaining or improving food quality.

This Tim’s is terrible I went there 20 mins before closing and 90% of their drinks and food were not available to order even though they should still be able to make all of it if they have stock at that time.

Every Tim Hortons our go-to is usually the same I never have a problem in the lineup Thor with inside the restaurant it's usually good atmosphere and the service is quick

Dine in order lost and not completed. After waiting 20 minutes for our lunch I was asked if I was waiting for something. I replied with us my entire order. Order was found and then rushed. Upon receiving our order it was incorrect. Went up to the counter for the 3rd time, employee asked who had taken my order. Employee rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. Order was not corrected!! Will not be visiting this location ever again. Zero customer service for dine in patrons.
