Bad customer service. Super unfriendly and unhelpful.My 1 year old son was having an allergic reaction so we asked the manager just for some hot water and he refused. We were desperate at that minute. He said it wasn’t in their policy to help us with that.We then went to the Starbucks across from this place. They were super busy but gave us the hot water right away so we could mix it with milk for the baby and didn’t ask a single question.

Staff were closing early and were rude to another customer who asked about it. If you want to close early please update your buisness hours!

Good taste.The guy at the counter was quite polite and hospitable.2.4 stars for chocolate + 2.6 stars for the front desk gentleman = 5 stars:)

Great experience at this place. We got a very good deal, besides they gift wrapped our chocolates. The employee was super kind and helpful.
