My family and I have been taking our pets here for years. The team there is always so kind, professional, and provide exceptional care for your pets. I highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for the best possible care for their pets. The vets always take the time to really explain what is going on and follow up with you regularly afterwards. A great practice.

Dr. Karen Sime is fantastic. She truly loves working with animals and you can see that the minute she walks into the office and greets your little fur baby. My 15 week old puppy is going through his shy stages and can be quite nervous around strangers. As this was his third vet visit (the previous two were done with his old owners at another office) I was feeling anxious to how he would react to the setting. My worries were instantly put at ease the moment we walked in from the woman at reception to meeting the Dr in the clinic room. A positive attitude goes a long way and Dr. Karen Sime possesses some great skills that can't be taught. Thank you for the great services... I'd never thought I'd say this but I think my dog loves the vet!

I am always so anxious when I go to the vet, but at Westboro I almost instantly felt safe. The staff is kind and caring, and the vet, Dr Cameron, made me feel like he was my best friend. My next appointment should be much easier! Thank you all for being so wonderful!

They managed to squeeze us in on a busy day, for which we were Super grateful! We live close to it and don't have a car so going elsewhere would have been very difficult. Considering they aren't our usual vet, they were still extremely friendly and took excellent care of our little guy. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dr Cameron and the team are the best! They always provide exceptional care. Even though we have moved out of Ottawa, Dr Cameron still takes care of my animals. To give the latest example, my dog had an abscess and had surgery last week. We used the local vet for this service. However, when the bacterial culture came back, it turns out it was resistant one which needed a special antibiotic. There was none available in the Aylmer area and the vet said we should try Ottawa. I asked her to try calling Westboro Animal hospital, and sure enough they had the meds. DrCameron worked on the prescription and had it ready in hours. Rest assured, your animal will always be looked after - for life! Thanks Westboro Animal hospital!

My little chihuahua Mr. Buzz had dental work done in April 2020 and though I couldn’t be there with him, Dr. Sime and her team kept me informed throughout the procedure. Any concerns I had afterwards, they were quick to my/his aid. Dr. Sime even helped me find a softer food that Buzz will actually eat. Super helpful and caring team over there!

I have so many good things to say about this clinic!The staff are so welcoming and patient. They go above and beyond to help their clients as was the case today - to save me another trip to the clinic they’ve sent someone to the local pharmacy to get a med for my dog that they didn’t have in stock. Talk about excellent service!Dr Cameron is so knowledgeable and personable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers them in all. M He explains things well and is direct about costs of procedures or meds and always advises you of the most cost effective way of getting the health care and medications that your pet needs. I like that he lays out a plan of action before the end of the visit and you know where you stand for next steps of treatment.Todays experience was no different. After discussing the issues and taking Molly’s vitals he picked up on something that I had asked my previous vet about (and was dismissed). She will soon start a medication to hopefully help slow the progression of the issue.I’m confident that we’re doing what’s best for my dog. We’ve done the diagnostics needed and are waiting for the results to move forward.Thank you Dr Cameron for truly caring about our pets and the people who own them.
