Had a great experience with Rim Pros. Spoke to Arthur first thing in the morning after brushing a snow covered curb and damaged my 2 passenger side F-Sport rims. Asked him if it would be possible to have a same day repair. He got back to me in less than 10 minutes and said they could squeeze me in. Original pick up time was 5, but they the rims were ready around 4. Rims came out perfect, look brand new and colour matched (pics were taken in different lighting). Arthur explained the whole process, was very knowledgeable and we agreed on a fair price. Definitely felt trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Took my Model Y to Michael to fix the curb rash on the two rims. 1 day turnaround and he did a fantastic job! You don't even know it got damaged! Highly recommended and fairly priced!

Brought them a set of high-end wheels with some curb rash. They were painted and refinished. A week later, I went back to pick them up. They look brand new. I am very happy with the outcome and the price I paid. I have been dealing with them for years now, and they never let me down.Keep up the good work.

Michael and the team at Rim Pros successfully helped me straighten a bent set of 22' inch multipiece wheels. My vehicle was constantly shaking after some rough potholes and I'm really glad I got them fixed! Night and day difference, no more numb hands while driving on the highway and my vehicle drives much straighter. Very cool team, highly recommend working with them!

The poor reviews are correct, don’t trust the good reviews like I did because they did the same things to me. Not only did I wait two months for my rims to be refinished, but they weren’t able to paint them in the colour I wanted. I was okay with the colour being slightly different than the code since all rims were being refinished and would match, but none of them matched because they didn’t know how to do it. They painted them quickly with a different but similar colour because I told them I needed my rims back, and that’s not at all what I wanted to pay for and would’ve gone somewhere else had I known. So do yourself a favour and trust the bad reviews, they can’t match paint very well and I’ve never had to write a review before to warn others.

So this is easily the worst place to bring ur wheels to get refinished. I brought my one wheels in to get refinished because of a tiny curbrash u can see in the picture when i dopped off the wheel i asked if paint matching would be a problem micheal reassured me it wouldnt be but obviously he was wrong about that. He told me a week it would be done i dropped it off in September i didnt get to pick them up till late November and this is what i get, the paint doesnt match at all as u can see in the pictures. Every time i called asking the progress he would keep telling me next week it will be ready and he would call me. He never called me once in fact he was starting to ignore my calls i had to drop by unannounced to finally get my wheels back i even told him how the original wheel manufacturer powder coaded them not sure if he choosee to ignore what i told him but this is unacceptable for them for have a wheel for 2 months and still not be able to paint match is a joke. This company is unprofessional and just plan garbage i would not recommend them to anybody and to anybody thinking of bringing there wheel here to get refurbished please dont this place was nothing but a headache i wish i could giuve them zero stars

The 401 this season has been absolutely terrible and as a result I was dealt a pretty bad bend and crack on one of my 19 M sport wheels on a F32 BMW.Michael was up front with pricing. The bend and crack was fixed in a couple days. Michael was transparent with updates whenever I called (which was often).I ended up refinishing all the wheels in chameleon blue/purple color and they all turned out amazing. Could not tell which one had the bend and crack. Balanced perfectly. Normally takes 4-5 days

Amazing work ethic, great customer service. Very well spoken gentleman. Honest Men, told me the full facts and details about the service they provided me (fixing rims on a wheel) wouldn’t let me pay because they couldn’t finish the job 100$+ off despite fixing it to the best of their ability.
