My partner and I lived in London House for about 9 years, the property management are very empathetic and overall impeccable. We have known Rex ever since we moved in, he is the best! Diana and Roscom are always super helpful and so easy to talk too! Their overall staff is super reliable, accountable and friendly, and always gets things completed in a short period of time. London House Apartments is one of the most affordable apartments in the city, and the location is extremely convenient. The apartments are quite spacious as well. Thank you so much for everything London House Staff and Property Managers!

1. Absolutely love how friendly and helpful the staff are namely Rex and Shanon. I am new to calgary and they not only helped me find people to move my stuff but also went above and beyond to make sure i was well settled2. I’ve rented places before and it takes ages before something broken is repaired. london house was very quick (hours) to sort out my repairs and making sure i was well attended too.3. However there are some things i wish can be improved, it’s an aging building so garbage chutes are under repair so you have to carry your own trash out4. Overall if you’re looking for a good place in downtown with good service then honestly this is a good fit.I’m a picky person and they pass my test

Lovely place to stay. It’s really easy to reach every corner of the city when you live here, especially when you don’t have a car. The staff are professional and resourceful, namely Rex & Rustom. The janitor staff even work on weekend to make sure the place is spotless. I would say the London House is a safe place to stay for they have security personnel patrolling 24/7. They even have their private parking lot with heat for a reasonable downtown price. Additionally, they also provide parking lots for visitors, which is really nice. Also, London House just recently had their suites renovated so they overall look pretty decent. Hopefully, the pool would be reopened soon.

old house with open windows my family members have frequent respiratory illnesses, water leaks cut off water for constant repair, constantly send out a request to leave the house and clean to kill pests but really no trace they did, and once they said the cleaning wasn't their way and they sent a fine of 500 (my house has a lot of things but I'm a person who doesn't want to be bothered even though it's very frustrating, so I cleaned it up enough) although it takes a lot of time and effort) and in the end they still found the error to catch a fine, they arbitrarily took the money in my account without my consent and did not send me pictures to prove that where did i go wrong, the letter asking for cleanup is not clear beware, lack of transparency and lack of humanity.I don't mind raising the rent, but I want to be clear, my job of cleaning the house for you guys to get rid of bugs a lot of times in an unusual way is completely different from the rental market last year. the house has not heated up just once, clean and leave the house in the middle of winter for 2 elderly people over 70 years old and 2 babies 4 years old and over 1 year old threatened to evict and fined $500, and finally you found I made an error and arbitrarily withdrew money from my account but I still don't get everything clear.I talked to manager Diana many times but they still tried to take my money anyway, in an effort to clean my family's apartment, that's still not enough privacy but I still can't get any proof or any pictures of my mistakes, pretending to lack humanity, I'm leaving soon and I won't know if they have any other way to make more money, I'm really worried, Rex is a nice person, Thank you Rex for certain support for my family during the past time

I have been living at London House for almost two years. During this time I have received nothing but the best service from a team who truly cares. Thank you to the management team, Diana and Rex, for always being there for me. Rustom is a pleasure to speak with during the evening hours. The maintenance team is amazing and the cleaning staff keep the building in impeccable shape. London House is a great place to live and the location is phenomenal.

I’ve recently moved into London House and have nothing but good things to say about the building itself and the incredible management team. Both Rex and Diana are excellent at what they do, and are always happy to help. Our apartment had just been renovated prior to our move in and any issues are resolved quickly.

My family and I stayed at London House for a little over 1 year and our stay there was excellent. Great customer service. The entire staff were very pleasant and ensured that they attended our needs when required. Both Rex and Diana were always willing to help when required. The location of London House is ideally located to transit and stores. The +15 is very easily accessible from London House to Chevron Plaza, so you don't have to worry too much about the winter cold weather and snow. The apartments are also very affordable.
