I gave this outstanding company a call to inquire about finding the right gaming chair for me. We exchanged emails and chatted back and forth. As an indecisive person, I ended up visiting the office to see the gaming chair showroom.Sitting on the chair in-person allowed me to confirm all my questions asked online. Amazing Customer Service!I've used an Anda Seat for two years now, and mine became cracked on the seat. Anda Seat was happy to replace the seat for me at no cost! Only pay the shipping. In my case, this was $200 for shipping. However I actually live pretty close to the depot, about 2 1/2 hour drive, so I asked if I could pick it up. They quickly agreed! I had correspondence with William Wen, who was very quick on replies, and very helpful. And when I met him in person he was a genuinely nice guy!Thanks to William, and along with the amazing build quality of these chairs, I will ALWAYS recommend Anda Seat as the best Office Chair!

Recently bought a chair from them and honestly the quality can't be beat. They have different designs that can fit into any home. I had an easy time choosing with the help from customer services. William helped me pick a chair that has great comfort and support as I work at a desk (and game) alot. Assembly was also super easy with the help of the guides on their website.People are often on the fence about investing in a gaming chair but I would highly recommend to anyone take the plunge and get one to see the difference in your comfort and posture. I will recommend Anda Seats to my friends and family who are looking for an affordable and high quality gaming chair.

Best gaming ergonomic office products! I sent emails back and forth with customer service to file a warranty claim for a piece I broke during installation. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I love lifetime warranty!!

I bought their Anda Seat Axe Series Gaming Chair a couple weeks ago and it's very comfortable. Their online customer service and stuff isn't overall very great, but the representatives working on site seem pretty chill and knowledgeable. Their prices are perfectly average so you're not really getting a bargain or ripped off. Giving it 5 stars for now, but will maybe update my review based on how long the chair lasts before it starts to fray.

I recently bought Dark knight from them! It was amazing and I love it! I work from home and sit on the chair at least 10 hours a day (other times I am gaming). It was very comfortable and it is the best chair I could have ever owned.Many thanks to William for helping me along the way and answering all my questions, providing such excellent customer service!

I would give 0 stars if i could as i still havent gotten my chair after 3 weeks. Worst customer support ive ever experienced and im with rogers. Emailed them countless times with no reply, their chat support" on their site is basically just for show

Bought the chair, ended up having my new baby girl early and had to return it, in the correct time frame and unopened. They claimed they never received and wouldn't give me my money back. Made things very difficult when trying to plan around loosing $550 right as my baby was born. Emailed them for weeks without any response. Any response I would get would just say it wasn't there fault when UPS said it was signed by the owner with the GPS location as their address. Be very weary when purchasing
