They are so cheap peopel they just need money out of your pocket by hook or buy dont work for these cheap guys never ever

Very unprofessional management. They just want their client happy. They don’t care about their employee. I have been worked for 2 years. It was good very first. There was some employees in management who help a lot to their employees. Nowadays, management is very unresponsive. I had some issues and I was right at my point I have worked as per ministry guidelines, but they listen to only their client, because they want their client happy. I got resign and they have charged me extra for uniform purchases. I went their and after a long conversation and harassment I got my money back. I don’t recommend anyone to join synergy.

Excellent company to grow with as an employee and gain valuable experience. Anirudh in HR got me started with the company and treated me fairly as an employee.Support staff, HR and all management this far especially zone supervisors are always accessible within a professional timeframe and willing to find solutions to any challenge.My life changed for the positive and I have respect for those who work with honour, integrity and respect.

Makes you drive 50+ km by telling you that your uniform is ready for pick up only to tell you that it wasn’t ready upon arrival and the 50km drive back. High level guard here and that was an unprofessional experience!

A great company to start your security guards career with. I've seen them make whole lot of effort to satisfy client requirements. If you're hold a security guards license and are looking forward to work in retail environment, Synergy Protection Group is the company which focuses in this domain.The only con I find in this company is that Synergy Protection Group pays exactly the same amount of pay for all the location irrespective of the risk involved.Other than this, it's a great work environment to be in, Synergy Support helps in anything you need, HRs make their way through to make you most comfortable working on the site you prefer, and your accomodations are looked after if possible. I remember calling them once that I can't work I shift I picked earlier because it classes with my class hours now, and they removed me from the shift without asking any questions, I've also booked off from work to give my college exams. All the time they've been super cooperative.Love working here.

Their charge is less than others company . They did absolutely applaudable job.
