Stellar experience with the staff yesterday evening! Two in particular were so helpful, welcoming and attentive even though the store was quite busy. They managed to bounce between the customers they were assisting with impeccable speed and skill (Mel and Iris) Definitely will be returning!

The staff working on Friday, March 17 were awesome, especially Anastasia! She was super fun, extremely helpful, and made the whole experience for my wife a very positive and empowering! Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Update: turns out the woman who had started the assumption we were stealing was in fact the manager. Get better management and customer service or hire people who actually enjoy their jobs.If i could give zero stars i would. The customer service here is the worst i’ve ever encountered. I went in there with a friend on Oct. 12th around 4 p.m. and while we were browsing we had the three different employees constantly chasing after us and making remarks that we were stealing. Throughout the half hour that we were there, the cashier at the time had made several remarks about checking the security cameras to make sure we weren’t stealing. Eventually, my friend gave up on looking for something and felt so uncomfortable that she left and while she was leaving they went up to her to make sure she was empty handed and made yet another remark about stealing. As for myself, i did end up buying something even though the customer service was absolutely horrible and when i got out of the dressing room, the attendant there (i think her name was Areej) was also checkibg up on me much more than anyone else who were in the changing rooms and as I was leaving she took the items from my hands and assumed I wasn’t going to buy it. All three employees were very rude, belittled us, and talked about us on their walkie-talkies and to us like we were thieves even though we didn’t steal anything at all.

I went into La Senza on boxing day and the deal was 50% off entire store. I had purchased 4 bras and underwear (7 for $40). Upon my purchase, the woman at the counter tried to charge me $50 extra. I had to tell her that she charged me way to much and she couldn't understand how the price was way off. The second time I went, I had to exchange my bras from boxing day for a different size and i ended up choosing 3 instead of 4. She also tried to charge me extra money for the same items as it was a straight exchange and I was supposed the get a refund for the other bra I decided to return. Needles to say if you go into La senza just be aware of the final price before you pay.

Loved the visit today. Kat and Nastassia helped us soo much today for searching the perfect sizing . I found exactly what I wanted. I will definitely visit again.

I had a great experience here today with my sister! Nastassia who was working, was so friendly and told me about the great deals they have!! She had amazing customer service and seemed genuinely content on helping us/ answering any questions we had! Thanks so much for the great experience :) I’ll be back because of her!

Recently lost a lot of weight and needed help in the sizing department. The staff were AMAZING, products are definitely pricey but after 3 weeks with this bra, this non-bra wearer has been converted! So comfortable! And with an underwire too. That's impressive. Worth the money.
