They came out for a quote and part, even adjusted the heater units flow rate. Nice service from the tech. Two days later in an email I was told they don't service the units or parts or the 4 inch natural gas heater HVAC venting. No referral was given. 2 stars because my problem wasn't solved but I didn't pay a dime either.

I won a free air conditioning unit from a radio contest and not only did they give me a bigger, more expensive unit then the one that I had won at no extra cost, it was also installed for free in a weeks time by thier professional, friendly team. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys! I will definitely be calling for all my future heating and cooling needs. Thanks guys!!

Couldn't be happier with the service we got! Very professional! They were very helpful and courteous. Installation done really quick and they clean up everything when they are done! They educate you on the equipment and walk you through what they did. There is no doubt that they go over and above to guarantee a satisfied customer! I would definitely recommend this comp!!

Edgar Simmons Heating will be my go to for all my HVAC services. We just had our new Carrier furnace and AC installed by the team and it went very smoothly. From the initial quote, corresponding with Ann, to the installations, it was efficient and worry-free. They were all professional and cleaned up after the job was done. They were very complete with the installs, from changing piping, laying concrete, to replacing pumps it was done very well. I cannot praise them enough. Well done ESH team.!

We were so glad to call Edgar Simmons for a second quote on our broken A/C unit. They were able to fix the coil rather than replace it and saved us a lot of money. Now I am calling them again for an A/C problem in a new house and they took my call after hours.

Matt and Josh were punctual and polite . As soon as they walked into my house they introduced themselves and promptly laid down the floor cover to protect my stairs and floor area . They installed a new carrier furnace . I was given an inservice on the operation of the new thermostat. They left the work area clean and answered all of my questions in regards to the new furnace . Excellent job from start to finish .
