$8.79 for a bacon grilled cheese. Had to wait 5 minutes for it and it looks like they stuck it in the griller for 20 seconds. Cheese wasn’t melted, not sure how they usually make it, but the outside had cheese on one side and nothing on the other, I thought they would’ve buttered the bread or something? Like most grilled cheeses? Pretty disappointing, especially for the price.

Should try hiring. Staff if short and slower than expected. Too much of waiting time and no marking on coffees. Lastly ordered iced coffee with extra base and cream guy didn’t even put the regular amount, had to drink cold black coffee. The guy even lied when i asked him which one is with extra. Seriously this was worst experience in tim hortons drive thru.

They are back open fully renovated, ready to serve customers. Staff are friendly and helpful, some are new ones. The place looks great, see pictures. A good place to rest after a movie or shopping.

How many times can I order a coffee and be given a steeped tea?... 4 times. I vowed to never return to this location and today I went back to see if post renovation they are better. They are not. Why the heck can't they give me coffee?? I don't understand. I'm a good person with a great love for coffee. PLEASE, STOP TRYING TO CONVERT ME TO STEEPED TEA. Seriously though, avoid this location. Even when I brought it inside and said it was tea, they said no

Have to say going to this Tim Hortons is painful. Never get my orders right. There is always something wrong and then their scan gun for points never works. I am sure if I added up all the points I never got because their gun was not working I would have free coffee for a month. Poor management of staff and time. Only one in the drive thru and it take ten minute for a coffee. Just wonder what is going on here. Would love to hear back from someone who can explain why this Tim Hortons is so bad day after day.

Hello everyone this location is not friendly at all. Today morning I went there for coffee, their washroom is very dirty . No washroom paper at all when I complain about the situation about to male guy he argued but refuses to check the washrooms. They deserve 0 star. I am customer and commercial truck driver .

Customer Service was aweful. Tim Horton definitely needs to train their staff with handling customers properly. The employee was very rude how he spoke to us, especially when we were making our payment via Tim Hortons app w/ our Tim's card.

To start, this drive thru needs to employ happier people. And whats with Tim's don't they cut their bagels, or sleeve their tea?Also, had asked for two toasted and buttered bagels. Drove less than 30 feet into the parking lot to eat them and both, my wife and my bagel were cold?Is this a sign of the times, or just this location?I'd like to thank the owners for their response below.I called the 1-888 you had supplied to follow up as you'd requested, but after 15 minutes of being on hold - that's enough for me!

Hardly no customer's in the dining room and alot of empty tables to sit at and tables are not clean and it is bad when you see other customers having to clean the tables themselves

I bought 1/2 dozen donuts yesterday, using a Tims gift card, and was charged over $11.00 for this half dozen. Also bought 2 small coffee -double cream no sugar. Both coffee had sugar. Tim Hortons service has gone from great to HORRIBLE! When I called for a manager, no manager is working! How can Tim Hortons allow this to happen. Don't think I will visit this location again!
