I really enjoyed my experience however the 1 main area I wanted the therapist to work on was not worked on... I did mention it before and after the session. Overall it was enjoyable and a great deep tissue massage.

Kaitlyn was amazing! Applied the right amount of pressure. I went in really sore and came out feeling great. The place was warm and cozy and very clean. Will be bsck for sure!

Carly is great RMT that I ever came across. I was complaining about my pain around shoulder blade for quite sometime now and she worked her magic thru to take that pain away in one session. Great place would highly recommend

Alex Costa was my massage therapist at another location. I wanted to repost this review to show appreciation for her work she did with me.Alex is an awesome massage therapist. She really cares about her patients, and wants to help them feel better. She is really engaging and easy to talk to, allowing me to feel comfortable to share what my issues are so she can treat them. She asks the right questions to help narrow down what the issue may be that is causing the pain and discomfort, and she has the experience and knowledge to know how to properly treat it.She is continuing her education in school studying acupuncture, showing her commitment to always learning and expanding her knowledge so she can best help her clients.She has been treating injuries and pain that I have had for a long time from sports/weightlifting. She has helped me feel and move a lot better. I personally get 90 minute to 120 minute deep tissue massages from her each week, as it allows me to get relief from pain and tightness throughout my whole body. Her treatments have given me the most relief from pain and tightness out of all the treatments I have tried (chiropractic, physiotherapy etc).Her treatments have allowed me to sleep much better also. She has helped relieve pain that I was having in my neck, that was causing issues with my sleep. Now that she has treated my neck pain, I am able to sleep much better!I highly recommend her services, and I know with her assistance she will help me get back to 100% so I can go back to doing the things I enjoy pain free (sports, weightlifting).

Very quiet, comfy, welcoming environment! Amazing deep tissue massage! Great therapist, friendly and easy to talk to, or no talking if requested. Rooms are warm and set perfect for a relaxing massage. 5/5 strongly recommended
