This a well organized store with plenty of stock for all of your home improvement needs. At times I have felt that there needs to be more staff working and they sometimes store extra stock in the back aisle which is annoying when you are trying to get at things in that aisle.

The service was good when we finally had someone help, we purchased a 500 dollar BBQ and had to wait 10 to 15 min for service. I have been checking back with this store for the past 6 weeks for a Sico deck stain and still can't get it as there is no restock and hard to find anyone in paint dept.

So very disappointed in Kent Clarenville location. I always liked shopping at their store .today I was discriminated against for having health issues that makes it difficult to wear a mask .even with a exemption from my doctor they would not serve me ...curb side isnt any good for someone doing renovations on their home ..its nice to look around and pick what would be best suited instead of looking at pictures ..

I can get actual pine panel board here in 4 ft by 8 ft sheets. Edges are ship lapped and look great.

They were really awesome to deal with. The women in the paint department was super helpful. I would not hesitate to buy what you need there. In the door department the gentleman was very helpful to help me figure out what I should do with closet doors. Pleasure to go there.

Another Clarenville service nightmare. I made two visits on the same day. Checkout for both took 1/2 hour each time. Other than this the store has a nice layout and is well stocked. Prices are higher than its largest competitor in St. John's.

Its an ok store. Carries alot of things. A little on the pricey side though. Update: I've had to go back to 2 stars. I have had so much trouble the pass couple of times I've went there to buy something. I've always went to this store when a sale have been on something I might want but I will think twice before I do now.

Having recently moved into the area it was great to find a Canadian lumber retail outlet that had a wide variety and well stocked products. Home owners know home maintenance and renos are much easier to do when there is a source of materials such as what Kent has.
