I have to add a review as I saw the other one here... I once had them drive my gear to me during a snow storm as otherwise they would not honor the 24h I paid for.The drop off locations on the other hand can be unreliable... so make sure you blame the right place. I have no complaints with this service. I have big issues with some of the drop off locations.

not reliable! if your hockey is not back when you need it, who cares if it is clean. This an expensive service almost $100 and i get to miss games because i don't have my equipment, and only get voice mail when calling.save yourself the grief and buy a lot of febreeze
