We prefer to support local business if we can. We bought from them years ago (perhaps 2000-2001) to have our basement carpeted with berber. They did an acceptable job and we were relatively happy.Then we went back in December I think it would have been 2012 to have our winding staircase and landing at the top of the stairs carpeted, and kitchen done in some type of laminate tile. The sales people are fine. However, the installation people let it be known they were not happy to be doing their job and their work reflected it! Poor workmanship with lots of little strings and uneven bits we are still finding more to this day. The tiling in the kitchen area was done without care. Because it was 2 weeks before Christmas we were so busy we didn't notice for about a month, but a lot of the cuts they made were uneven and poorly done.I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
