They owe us $23,000.00 and refuse to pay. They do not answer phone calls and when they do they just lie. Bunch of crooks. They are blaming city of Vancouver for not paying our Invoices from August 2021. Any Contactor out there stay away because you will never get paid!!!

Worst company ever. They do not pay their subcontractors. Do not work for them you will never get paid. I’ve been trying to get my money since 2021 they will just avoid you, lie to you or not answer their phones. There’s a long line of people waiting still to get paid by them

PEDRE CONTRACTORS DOES NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS. Good luck trying to collect on your invoices from these people. They are crooks for better words. I can't believe municipalities work with companies like Pedre who don't pay their bills. We provided security services to this company and they made every excuse in the book. They keep blaming it on new personnel being hired and fired or they misplaced the information and keep passing the blame on others. I warn you if you work with this company good luck on getting paid. This company will screw you over.

Their dedication to employee safety is commendable, and they are just as committed to public safety and should be recognized for these efforts. They have owed me money for 2 years and I keep getting the run around. I leaned their bank today and next is their jobs. If they work for you expect a prejudgment garnishing order soon.

I am local trucking company that supplies equipment transportation services. I was asked to move 16 pieces equipment for Pedre August 2022 - January 2023 totaling over $15,000. Unfortunately, as of April 2023, they won't pay for services rendered from August onwards.No AP email responses, no return phone calls, just straight up ignore you. I strongly recommend avoid working for Pedre till they get their business practices sorted out.

Pedre Contractors are completely disrespectful of the impact their work has on residents affected by their operations. Their work at 243 Gorge Rd. East in Victoria was initiated with near zero notification to residents and a complete lack of action to mitigate the destructive effects of their work on the occupants of the building.Residents pleas to have noise mitigation features installed to reduce the impact of Pedre's lengthy and 24 hr operations that are keeping children awake at night and causing persistent low level anxiety for occupants have been consistently ignored.If you hire this contractor, expect a sh%#storm of public outcry and hassle, with zero action from the contractor.

Crew members are disrespectful to residents nearby the work site. Also, leaving material scattered on private property rather than neatly on the city boulevards. Flaggers, especially one middle-aged white lady, sure likes to stir up trouble. Not much professionalism going on with this company, I am surprised that the city of burnaby is allowing this company to do work on their sewer lines.

This company is only getting one star because you have to put a star in order to post... this is the worst possible company to date they do not treat their employees with respect ...THEY DO NOT PAY ANY OF THERE BILLS... I don't even know how they are able to stay in business doing business the way this company does....bad company all the way around avoid at all costs

I am pleased with the professional employees at Pedre. These guys tackle large contracts that face many difficult situations but still manage to get the work done quickly. I found Pedre to take safety seriously and to have the right priority towards training new workers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job to be proud of and build a career that's fulfilling.
