GREAT GRILL PARTYI called the restaurant in advance to book my daughters 21st birthday party. (This is her favourite place!) The party grew to almost 30 people, and the restaurant was clearly inexperienced in hosting this large a party. Yet, they tried hard to accommodate and seat us at the front of the restaurant.On the day of the party, they were gracious and friendly. A couple of minor hiccups (only one person to take orders for 30 people and they asked us to leave within 2 hours which I was surprised by for such a large group).But over all the party was excellent - casual, very helpful servers, excellent food. They learned from this and I’m sure will do better next time. Overall a very successful celebration - FIVE STARS. Thank you Grill Gate!

It had been a while since we visited but it was a good experience. We ordered the Meat Punch burger, Tenderloin Steak sandwich, and Crispy Coated Fries. I really liked the fact that beside each item on their menu, they had a picture of it. This definitely helps when deciding what to get! The portions are fairly large, reasonably priced, and very tasty. Looking forward to our next visit!

One of the best place for comfort food! I love the sandwich and burger and fries! Great portion size. The meet patty is so thick and fresh! They have a cafe just next to the kitchen, great place to hand out with friends. They also have great selection of drinks( smoothies, frappes, coffee)

Awesome food and nice friendly staff. Second time dining in there. Philly steak and pulled beef sandwiches were great. Tasted exactly the same (see photos) so I will go for a burger next time instead of the pulled beef. Will go back again.

The best burger I've ever had. The burger was juicy, delicious, EPIC size and awesome flavours.Also, we tried their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it is one of the best I’ve had in the city.Very good and fresh food, big portions, good prices and the staff super kind. 5 stars and we'll go back for sure!This place is a winner!

Came here with kids for quick dinner. Their burgers are very juicy and tender, and was done just right. The sandwich my daughter ordered has a lot of meat, literally oozing out of the sandwich, also very tasty. We also liked their poutine fries that has gravy covering most of the fries, whereas other places would only have gravy at the top. Price wise is a bit on the expensive side for burgers, overall still recommended.

I've had it before and this time I find the quality has gone down. It was certainly not worth the price that they charge, it does not even come with any sides. The beef burrito was too small for what you pay for and $15.99 without any sides is not reasonable.
