Unreliable service guy doesn't answer his phone trys to text but only half answers and when asked to book an appointment doesn't even respond in over a week.

They sell used stoves with a warranty for $300-350. The stove may or may not have been thoroughly cleaned before you buy it, but at that price you can't complain. Do not bother calling them, they will just leave you on hold (this happened multiple times to multiple people, I was helping someone else buy a stove). Bring cash and they don't have change. The stove works well, no complaints.Called the owner after their comment, and to be clear, if you're buying a used stove, this is the best deal in the city. We actually had a part on the stove break and they honored the warranty and fixed it as soon as the part came in. The business isn't perfect, but its the best value you'll get.

Hi Mike, just a quick update on your staff, in the office and delivery crew. Impeccable is all I can say, after several days trying to repair my washer (with no luck), I saw you had the exact same washer that I have. I bought it and have been very happy, first load is in and will update my comments if need be. Kudos to all. Hopefully your technician can repair my old washer (fingers crossed).

Not impressed. Trusted them to pay them beforehand for a dryer and theyve ghosted me since. Yes, its only been a week but hes clearly been on his phone deleting voicemails (it was full one day and then there was room for messages the next) and i was going to wait and give them a chance to bring it by. However i found a better faster place to get me one and asked for a refund with no answer. I also had friends phone him to inquire about it for me. I would just like my money back so i can go buy a new dryer for the same price he was quoting me for one of his. After reading several bad reviews on salutes and boots and reccomendations to go through blitz instead, i would like my money back in full for wasting my time.

looking to get in contact with Mike, I had an issue with a dryer I bought in August for my rental property. I called back in Feburary before I left on vacation expecting it to be looked into, came back, nothing.Now just outside of the 6month warranty period and nothing. Have called multiple times and keep getting the response I will talk to Mike and get back to you. Last called 3 days ago but nothing.(Update) couldn't wait, has been almost 2 weeks since last call and over a month since first call. Got another company in to fix it, was a quick fix to replace bearings that could have been handled professionally to keep my business. Lesson learnt.

Editing this review to increase the rating:The fridge was replaced and the new one seems to be working well.I think this business would benefit from hiring someone for customer service who is good at remaining calm and patient when they are in a hurry or frustrated, so as not to make customers feel like their problem does not matter, but in the end, the issue was remedied.Aside from that, the service on a technical level is fantastic - the delivery people are great with a friendly and professional manner. They added some comic relief to the situation and are indeed an asset to the company. I think the quality is also good in general as I do not think issues like this come up often here, we were just unlucky with this fridge.

Were very helpful when I came to pick out a dryer. 1 year warranty with. They were so great helping me load it in my vehicle. Definitely go back. Our dryer is working great!

There were two guys who delivered our fridge. One guy was super pleasant and interactive and even made sure I knew how the door handles were supposed to be hooked up. The delivery was smooth and they were also hired to take the old one. The price seemed reasonable.

On Wednesday our trusty old Whirlpool dryer decided it was no longer going to work. A little research, a couple of phone calls, and later that day we had a great used Kenmore dryer - which was delivered the next morning! The choice had been - pay twice as much for a new dryer somewhere else with a one year warranty, or purchase this, with a one year warranty. Easy decision for us. Friendly, courteous staff, with efficient and speedy service. Thanks Mike and staff!

They moved my gun safe for me to my new house and it was a massive safe(2000lbs +) another company turned me down. They got it too my new house and they said they needed more manpower for becouse of where I wanted it. Ended up waiting another 6 hours but they came back with 2 more guys and got it in place and managed to never even put a scratch on any walls. This safe will never leave this house but if I move and buy a new one I'll be giving these guys a call.
